Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grenada

Ordered a pizza, and when it arrived it was doughy and undercooked to the point it was inedible. Called in to tell them, the first guy I talked to was polite, apologized, and said they'd fix the order. 45 minutes later, we still hadn't gotten the new pizza so my husband called to ask if it was on it's way. This was not the same person I talked to, and he started off the conversation saying we were wrong and that our pizza was fine and they had canceled the order. My husband explained the situation, and the person just kept going on saying that they wouldn't make a new one nor would we be getting our money back. This is ridiculous. We didn't take a bite from this pizza and we are still having to pay for it.

I ordered 3 medium pizzas. Got there to pick up, she was going to give them to me without asking for me to pay!! I can't do that, so, I told her I needed to pay for them! Got home, we started eating, one of them was thin crust, was suppose to be hand-tossed (like the other two). NONE of the pizzas had any pizza sauce on them!! And when I say none, I mean NONE!! Called the store, asked to speak to the manager because I had a complaint. Was asked what was my complaint. Told her, was asked to hold on. When she came back, I was told they wouldn't give me credit or replacement unless I drove all the way back up there with the pizzas. I asked her why the manager didn't get on the phone and talk to me?? It's bad when they know they messed up, and the store manager won't man-up and be a manager!! Well, they lost...

Grenada Dominos is not worthy of any stars. They are the worst pizza place. They burned the pizza and told me they could not refund my money and just stood there looking at me like I’m suppose to take home 2 burnt pizzas. So naturally I had a few choice words to say and demanded my money back. They said they refunded my money to my card which they did not.Then the so called “stalker” manager took my personal information off of my card and looked me up on Facebook and found out where I work and called my employer to tell them he did not like how I talked to him. Wow! You would think he would have enough sense to know that’s crossing the line. All I can say is u never know what weirdos are...
