Lost Pizza Co. Grenada — Restaurant in Grenada

Food: Everything was very tasty; we got the kid's chicken Alfredo (they let our toddler taste the Alfredo sauce before ordering), Yardbird (chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese and chipotle ranch) and the MeeMaw 2.0 (meatball sub) with house-made chips (super yummy!). We would get everything again and also try new items next time.

Location: not far off the highway. We had 3 more hours of our drive and this was a great place to stop with our kiddos.

Service: Ashley took our order and was very helpful and kind to our kids. Even offered a special treat. Adele (the manager) was awesome, talked with our kids and made sure they had a great time. Service was speedy and our order was accurate. The bathrooms were tidy and there was a changing station for babies. We also accidentally left something behind and they are holding it until the rest of our party drives through to pick it up.

Prices: fair and on par with average lunch prices today. The sandwiches were $10.99 (drinks are extra, but a side is included) and kid's menu items were $7.99 (fountain drink included).

I called in my order and I was told 20 minutes,so after 20 minutes I went in to get my order. After I paid I was told that it wasn't quite ready,so I said okay and sat down at a table by the counter thinking after it was ready they would at least remember me and let me know that my order was ready. Well, they sent a message to my phone letting me know it was ready,but I didn't have my phone with me. If I hadn't gone outside to say something to the person I was with and get my phone I would have still been sitting and waiting. The message was sent at 4:28 and not one employee bothered to ask me what I was waiting on. It was if they just forget about the customer because when I went back to the counter after waiting an extra 15 minutes, the girl looked at me and said "are you picking up?",this was the same person who I had paid earlier. Just seems like they need to keep an eye on customers who are sitting around waiting for...

Young lady taking our order was great. Food took 40 minutes to make it. With only 4 other tables in the restaurant, 2 had food when we arrived, 2 did not.

Pizza is nothing to brag about. Can’t recommend. Wings were good, I’d order again if I come back. Spinach artichoke dip was on par with any normal spinach artichoke dip. Service beyond the register was non existent.- very disappointing. We spent $100 in this establishment and were asked for more money when we asked for one little cup of ranch. Cost for this food with respect to the amount/quality of food - do not align. The cost exceeded quality and quantity during my visit. Decorations and atmosphere of the building are a fun experience.
