McDonald's — Restaurant in Grenada

Yall gonna want to read this!!! Do better McDonald’s!!! Ordered 3 separate orders at 12:33AM… (receipt showed the time) paid for all 3, got to the 2nd window, they asked me to pull to the 3rd window. Didn’t give me any drinks or anything. I pulled up and sat there for about 5 minutes then a lady brought 1 bag of food and asked did we order the double quarter pounder, I told her we had 3 separate orders, And then said what mine was, and she said okay this is yours then. Handed it to me and went in the back. I heard some yelling coming from the kitchen. Then the lady came back to the window and asked if we had the receipts for the other 2 orders. We told her we had one and she said she can look the other one up. She also said she didn’t want them to tell me to pull up to the 3rd window. She went back in and I heard a lot more yelling. Then that same lady walked out with her stuff and walked off. Then me and my buddy walked in to check on his orders. By this time it was 1:04AM. There was also 2 other people inside doing the same thing. We were all trying to get our food. Then one of the other guys said something to one of the workers about getting us our orders and stop giving people at the window theirs cause we had already been waiting 30 minutes. She started arguing with him, then she turned around and answered her cell phone (very disrespectful) then he got his food and left and she walked to the back and started screaming, then she walked out. Then we had to keep telling the other 3 workers what all we were waiting on. It was 1:32AM when we finally got the other 2 orders. I will say the one guy working was real cool and was trying to help us as quickly as he could. One of the other girls working said she may quit too, we told her to be positive about everything. Then we left. My food was kinda cold cause it had been over 30 minutes since I got mine. But it shouldn’t have taken an hour to get our food. They were also telling people they were closed, when they weren’t supposed to close till 2AM. I feel like we should’ve gotten a refund along with our food since we had to wait so long and had all that...

when I pulled into the restaurant, the drive thru line was wrapped around nearly to the entrance. I've worked for McDonald's previously for a number of years, and am well aware of the "drive thru is most important" law in the fast food industry. my problem was the fact that I was standing in line- the very first one in line, might I add- for a total of 37 minutes without receiving a "thank you for choosing McDonald's. I'll be with you as soon as I can," "go to hell," nothing. of all the employees there, including a manager, nobody ever even acknowledged my presence!! had I not already paid for 12 hamburgers and 4 large fries online, there's no way I could have stood in line and just accepted that kind of neglect. then when I had had enough, I'll admit I was aggressive with my words and used profanity. which only then, did the manager decide to grace me with her acknowledgement. told me that my language wasn't necessary- which I couldn't disagree- and what was the order I was there to pick up. I gave her my information and told her the fact that I had been waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes without the slightest greeting, simple "go to hell" or anything wasn't necessary. she then replied to me with "that order been ready". lastly, I told her "then you should have been gave me my order!!" was given my order, and I left. I'm extremely dissatisfied. as far as I go, I won't be eating at or from McDonald's in grenada ms again...

Went yesterday just a little after noon and had a $60 order didn't receive two of the drinks when I mentioned I had another drink they looked at me funny but then gave one of the sweet teas. (I only received 3 out of 4 kids drinks I was never given the 4th kids drink before leaving) When they handed me my bag I looked and had none of my fries I ordered. So I asked if I could get my fries and what I assume was the manager came towards the window told the man I needed to show my receipt which I did and they still acted like I didn't order them when I literally handed them my receipt. The woman (whom I assume was the manager) quickly glanced over it but still made a fuss clearly and was mad over giving me fries... That I had payed for... I got home and noticed they also didn't give me double fries on my kids meals I told them my kids won't eat the apple slices so I asked for double fries. Nope they got 1 fry each and apple slices that were all nasty and hot. Yes I should of checked the kids meals before leaving but that rude lady whom I assume is the manager, yeah I didn't want to deal with her eye rolls and nasty look she kept giving me any further... If it wasn't for my kids love for McDonalds I'd never return to this location again....

Worst experience I've had from this location so far but isn't the first time I received rude service from this...
