Wendy's — Restaurant in Grenada

Worst Wendy's I have been to in years! And it's my go-to fast food. This manager needs to be fired. Let's start with neither of his state-of-the-art drink machines were working correctly. The only thing they both did half way right was fill the cups with ice. One was out of 50% of the product selection. The other was mixing drinks so weak you could not taste anything but carbonated water. Dumped that one and chose something supposedly in stock on the other machine, same results. Colored carbonated water. Then the food. They can't make a special order correctly at this site. My wife ordered catsup and mustard only on her burger. Got thick mayo. In the short time we were there, 4 people came back to have them remake their burgers. There is no telling how many didn't check before they left or just chose to eat it. The bathroom. Wow. What a disaster. Someone had peed all over the seat and floor in the men's room. The the best part, one of the employees had their friend being her 1 year old daughter to work to see her (and to get a free meal). She shouts back to "go get so-in-so". They go get her. A customer at the counter starts to place his order. Employee that came up to see her daughter tells the guy "you are going to have to wait a minute". She reaches in front of the man to the lady behind him holding her daughter. The daughter stands on the counter with her nasty shoes where all the the food is being dispensed. Wow. Where is the health department when you need them. And just to the right of all of this is a wall full of around 8 food safety awards. 😂. You can't make this stuff up! Again, Wendy's, if you are reading any of this, please fire this manager or just burn this building to the ground. Either would make you look better. They get two start because my burger (standard single) was fine and the plants outside looked nice. The tables inside were horrible, but it was 1 pm on Sunday. they only reason I did one star it's because I have to the lady who took my order was one from the get-go I pulled up and heard order when you're ready I thought order before I can even finish speaking I hear what sauce and drink I answered start say what else I wanted before I could get two words out of my mouth once again I hear what sauce and drink okay so I tell her can I hear is that all no I wanted a large root beer so I tell her then all is silent so I pull up she tells me how much I give her $10.20 I say I don't want the Nickelback she has me my dream two kid drinks and one large root beer in a cup holder with the biggest drink toward me okay I grab it even though at very awkward while I am trying to get my child to grab the drinks he is trying her hardest to hand me that damn nickel well while in the middle of trying to hand over drinks and take the damn nickel my entire large root beer is flipped over into my console she is still trying to hand me the nickel ignoring the fact that I have a large root beer all over my truck I asked for a lot of napkins I get a handful and a window closed in my face that's my review if you have family members that work there I hope for your sake and your reputation that she is no...

1.The server was very distant and rude in helping me. 2.I had my great grand children with me so I asked what kind of drinks they had with the kids meal all she did was point to the drink bar. Did not even speak. 3.When I asked for a senior citizen discount she told me they did not do that. 4.While I was getting my cups for our drinks at the counter she was nice to the next person in line. 5.We went on our way even though one of the children did not get what they wanted. 6.We we did get our food, I had to go back to the counter and ask for ranch dip since she did not ask what kind my great grand daughter wanted. I waited until she finished taking an order before asking and she was sharp with me. I was informed they didn't have any rudely. 7.The last straw was when we had to go across the street to use the bathroom because it was out of order. Maybe she was having a bad day but never again will I go there. This place is not a safe or friendly place. This is not what I am accustom to...
