Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Grenada

Tried it for the 1st and last time. After stating that it was our 1st time to the cashier, she never instructed us on how their food comes or suggested anything. Drinks were self-serve from the dual machine that gives drink and ice, but we weren't told that the ice function didn't work. The individual ice machine was in a dark counter that you would not notice until we had to ask the cashier. The drink machine had watered down sodas no matter the kind. My husband and I food was ordered 1st, but came out last and room temp. When asking why it was cold, we were told they held it until another person's sandwich was finished cooking. Their sauces drenched the chicken and was salty. Their sauces were salty. The fries were over salted. On the road home driving through Mississippi and needed some gas. So happen there a Zaxby's across the street. Hadn't been to one since when I lived in Florida back in 2015. Use to love eating there when I lived in Florida. I order the 4 piece tender combo. I was surprised of how small the tender are. Small fixation is a real thing. I remembered them bigger and the price. It use to be around 8.99 to 9.99 for a 4 piece. Now it 11.59. It got small and expensive. I stopped going to Raising Canes years ago for that reason. It cheaper just go local mom & pop chicken store and the tender are big. This location was horrible hard to get in and out. And there were contruction. Customer service was okay. It is a hit and miss when stopping by for the past year. I have avoided coming around 8pm or later, because the employees are put out for being there. I absolutely love it when I get the sauce that I pay extra for, only to find out it was "swapped out" instead.. So paying close to .50 here for extra sauce is just asking them to trade a zaxby sauce with the sauce I paid extra for.. Not to mention how rude the employees can be..
