I want to give the girl at the window 10 stars but the service including cook, lady took order and Richard the manager deserves no stars. I called this morning they smothered my sandwich with Ketchup as I said no ketchup (in drive through 3 times she repeated it to me "NO KETCHUP WE DONT USE KETCHUP ITS SALSA" they had rotten brown welted lettuce for a wrap. I called back to talk to someone she said come back which I did BUT they made it all wrong again! Gas getting there, time it takes and the manager was being a smarty pants vs recognizing his employees mistakes twice. $8.05 for a sandwich only, no meal and they think our hard working money means nothing! They said they use no ketchup anyway just salsa (they used salsa as the word twice but its hardees sauce which I can't have). So to smother it with ketchup was maybe on purpose! I'm so upset. I fast and this one umwich was my meal maybe it means nothing to Richard or the lady taking orders but you guys were not busy each time zi went there today. So why do this? Both times you got it wrong. Come on guys tell me you would not be upset 2 times? I paid for double star extra pickle, tomato, cheese as a wrap I'm gonna try to add a photo of 2nd one. The first loaded with straight ketchup it went to a dumpster. I go by my middle name you wrote me in your book twice today and have my number wish a better manager would reach me. I put my review already! That remake was smothered in mayo like smothered swimming in it gross! 3 pickles, 1 tiny piece of lettuce on both sides not a wrap!! One piece of meat it was a super star! You know it comes with two and cheese you put 1 broke piece of cheese. I asked for extra pickles, 2nd time I waisted my time today and threw that mayo smothered thing away! You should of cared enough to take your time do it right but twice you kept me from eating today when I fast and I'm keto. I been at this store many of times this never happens I order the exact same thing every time this was disgusting today and manager did not care! I will remove this review once someone in management calls me back not Richard his smart answers were uncalled for. They won't you watch! They only reach the 5 stars no care in the world for the customers receiving...
Read moreI have tried to give this location chance over chance, but this morning was the absolute last straw, and it can be contributed to the same issue with each visit. The old lady who runs the drive through window. She is never friendly, and obviously hates her job. I have experienced her many times but this mornings experience has me going elsewhere from now on. We pull up with a large order as usual with my large family, and after recieving our food, I pulled over to find we were missing two biscuit, no big deal with our large orders items get over looked, so we turned around to get it fixed. I am very non confrontational person, so I politely try to explain the situation, and was rudely interrupted to be informed she knows what she put in the bag, and my food is there. And everytime I tried to explain they are not here, she proceeds to argue with me throught the drive thru speaker, So at this point I tell her I am driving around and she can count again if she wishes. Granted during our conversation I have only informed her of one missing item, when two were missing. When I pull around I had a bag slung into my vehicle, and proceeded to slam the window shut as i had to speak up to ask about the other missing biscuit, and I was informed both were there and slam goes the window. This was just a simple mistake and clearly the food was prepped and bagged with the haste it was slung into my vehicle. I was just missing a bag that was apparently over looked, but the customer service represented at this location is by far worse, and if they intend on keeping people this miserable with their job, they will be losing alot...
Read moreStopped at this Hardees on a long roadtrip from Colorado to Iowa looking for a quick, cheap and yummy place to eat. Didn't get any of it unfortunately. We chose against better judgment to go in and eat so could use restroom while waiting for food to save time, then eat quick and get back on the road. There were only 2 employees so took awhile to even get order placed. Once we paid, it was 27 minutes before we got our food. We were the ONLY customers in the store when we got there and only 3 others entered the whole time we were there. Unsure of how many in drivethrough but clearly that was the priority as the cars we saw enter came out just a short time later. My husband ordered the 5 piece chicken platter- $13.50 just for it alone... The chicken tenders were tiny, overcooked, mostly breading, and cold. After 27 minutes, we assumed that's what was taking so long and expected hot, but they weren't even warm. "Hot ham and cheese" sandwich was also cold. Fries were fresh (hubby watched them pull them), but it was so cold in the store that they were cold by the time we got seated and got the missing items. The 2 staff there were nice, but did nothing to offer for the wait. Very disappointed... almost an hour for the stop total between waiting to order and getting food and now stuck in rush hour traffic....
