Paid membership. Do not give discount for the paid membership. When it’s paid for the whole year. I don’t really care what updates you do in your system, you are obligated by the contract between me and you to fulfill your side of the contract. Not being able to figure out which membership is paid and not paid with the phone number that is provided is not my fault, it’s your system’s and business structure’s fault. Do some training. Coffee product are the best, that’s why I paid this membership. This last service lost me as a customer who spent around $6.59 daily.

Update: they reached out and made things right. Good management. Please train your employees to take care of any customer especially paid members regardless what changes you make in...

So good (and fast)!! Hardy Coffee Co. is the highest quality ingredients, craftsmanship, and culinary wizardry of anywhere. When I’d swear I’ve seen every possible combination of coffee, milk, and flavoring that can exist across all of the coffee shops I’ve been to over the years, Hardy Coffee Co. continues to surprise me with new, innovative, and delicious seasonal flavors that I never would have even thought of.

And finally, I love this drive through location for giving me a chance to enjoy such high quality treats even on a busy day! They are always super efficient...

I normally would not post a bad review however this isn’t the first time my order has been done incorrectly and I have received rude service at this location. After spending $25 for three express lattes we waiting in the drive through at the window for 10 min to only have the order to be wrong. I ordered a soy based latte with no whip ( since it’s dairy). Explained that the order was wrong and the little lady at the window proceeds to just scrape the whip cream from the top. When I said something she got rude as hell. Never go there. The coffee is not worth...
