Subway — Restaurant in Griffin

If you want your sandwich made right, don’t use the app. I typically use mobile apps everywhere because I like the convenience of placing my order while I’m at work and quickly picking up and going back to work. The last three times I’ve use the mobile app to place my order at this Subway, the sandwich is missing 2 or 3 vegetables. This is the third time I’ve not received spinach or lettuce on my sandwich as requested. The sandwich is fresh and tastes good, but it is always missing something. I don’t have time to run back to the restaurant to correct it, as I would assume most people don’t if they used the mobile app to place their order. i normally have a good experience when i go to this subway, today i did a carrot mobile order. unfortunately i didn’t know marinara sauce came on the pizza sub automatically. so i didn’t clarify to have it taken off. when i got back home with my food i realized i made a mistake and went back to get it fixed. the man who remade it was very rude and made it seem like it was so inconvenient that i made the mistake i did, i could understand if they were busy but i was the only person in the sandwich line at the time i made the request for another sandwich. and when i thanked him and said i was sorry for the trouble he said nothing back and walked away. if you do not know how to treat people with respect you dont need to work in...

To begin, my daughter and I walked in and weren’t even acknowledged for about 10 minutes! There were 3 girls working and only 1 customer ahead of us. The unkempt slob making our sandwiches had no personality and moved like a sloth! My daughter asked her for a 6 inch sandwich and she made her 2. Every time I have ever been in any Subway I have always been able to watch them making the subs but here the lid was propped open and you couldn’t see anything!
