1st Street Tavern — Restaurant in Grimes

We enjoy stopping in every so often for drinks. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. They serve frozen pizza for those who want a quick snack, but we haven't tried it yet. In the warmer months, they have Thursday steak night, which is very affordable. My steak was very good, but my husband's was tough. So those are hit or miss. The sides are plentiful.
