B-Bops — Restaurant in Grimes

Ordered 4 meals and when I got home noticed I had 3 meals. I was given 4 drinks but they forgot a burger and fry so I had to drive 15 mins back to get the missing meal. When I got there I gave the manager my receipt and told him the meal I was missing and he told me it wasn't on the receipt that it was a different meal. Not sure why it was made that big of a deal when I had paid for 4 meals and was only missing a burger and fry. After waiting 10 mins for them to figure out what they were going to do I finally got the missing items. The manager didn't seem to be too happy with me for some reason. Not sure if I'll go back for that reason as I was respectable and understanding that mistakes happen and didn't...

So, I used to regular this location for my lunch - however, I think there's been some staff changes that have impacted service and quality pretty quickly to the point that I am no longer confident going here.

Multiple occassions has my order either been wrong or needed to be repeated. The quality of fries has been worse, they're typically overcooked now. Burgers have been pretty sloppily put together, with the patties having varying degrees of cook - some to the point of burnt and hard to eat.
