Grosse Ile bakery staff went above and beyond for a birthday cake for me. The Texas sheet cake was moist and chocolatey, much better than the boxed cake I might have tried. The chocolate frosting was creamy and paired with the cake without being too sweet. The personal message was great to include and the leaf decorations were so beautiful. Thanks for making a great birthday!

Disappointed. Made a quick detour to the island with my son for a tasty treat and had already passed Elliott's in Trenton. Donut was very good. Sugar Cookie was SO DRY I almost choked and did not taste fresh at all. Strawberries & Cream cheese turnover was literally just pastry, barely any filling. Brownie was okay but I make better at home. Parking was far away from the door (only an issue when its blustery cold like today!). Charged an extra $1 to use your debit/credit card. Service was meh. The lady wasn't very friendly or talkative. Probably wouldn't go back unless I was already in the area and couldn't find...

Just average bakery.. they charge you for using your debit card to pay. This would be ok and I would understand it if they just charged the amount they had to pay..instead of $5 for just using my debit card.. I guess I was charged that amount because the Baker saw that I had cash..but I needed to put it on the company account.. The pastry is just normal . Sometimes I feel they are selling dated pastry..the freshness tells me so. ๐Ÿ˜– PaPa T gives Grosse Ile Bakery just two thumbs ... one up.. one...

The Grosse Ile High School ๐Ÿซ Tennis ๐ŸŽพ Coach highly recommended Grosse Ile Bakery for dinner last fall while I was waiting for the Boys Regionals Finals for #1 Singles to begin.

I enjoyed the pizza ๐Ÿ• so much I went back for an ice cream ๐Ÿฆ after Daniel P. won ๐Ÿ† the Finals.

I am treating the FGRHS Boys Tennis ๐ŸŽพ Team to pizza ๐Ÿ• Wednesday after our match with Grosse Ile.

The Grosse Ile Bakery is Truly a gem ๐Ÿ’Ž & hidden to those not familiar with Grosse...
