We will no longer be customers due to one visit and the worst customer service we have ever gotten. My wife requested an online order of a specific sandwich with certain toppings. The order was paid for in advance and the ticket was attached to the order. All we requested was no lettuce on a wood fired sandwich. When my wife finished her mid day routine, opens here sandwich. What does she see, lettuce. She proceeded to call the market and the two people she spoke to were very rude. All she requested was a remake of the sandwich to the way she requested and paid for. 1) She was offered 50% off her next order (okay, not what we wanted or asked). I don’t ask for more than I purchased. 2) She was told to “scrape” the lettuce off the sandwich, (that is not what we paid for) we purchased a sandwich with no lettuce. Not a sandwich with baked in lettuce we need to “scrape” off. To top it off we were told that “remaking the sandwich would be, a waste of food”. When in reality, the waste of food was not following instructions for something I paid for. The second person she spoke to proceeded to get loud with her and my wife being human, she matched that tone. Then the second person proceeded to hang up on her. They lost a customer because of not following simple instructions. If their margins are so low they can’t fix their mistakes maybe they need to retrain their employees or better yet, need not be in...

I'm an outsider and not used to the New Haven pizza scene. I drive truck and wanted some pizza and stumbled into this place. Grabbed a small cheese and didn't expect much. I do know I have had Frank Pepe's and they are ok. Yoooo. Let me tell you something...

THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. EVER.

And I'm a dadbod Italian American who grew up outside philly with family in New York. I know a good pie. I ate the whole thing one piece after another driving down 95 south back to Western PA. I've never ate a whole pizza in one sitting. This thing was amazing. Wood fired or whatever it's called, cheese was fresh, nice crisp crust, sauce was tiny sweet but super perfect, new York style i suppose or I guess it's actually New Haven style.

Anyway, this is the best pizza I ever had. It's what I get and they are consistently amazing. They have some amazing looking white pizza styles as well and some banging bagels but I haven't had em. I'm here for the pizza. Try...

Always fantastic food, I'm a huge fan of their cranberry walnut chicken salad. I wanted to update this review, I've been eating here regularly for my lunch break at work and have not once been let down. Trying new things Pizza, wood fired sandwich, wrap, grinder, burger, salad. Still not one thing has disappointed. Bridge Market has friendly staff on top of all that and has become my absolute favorite local place to eat.

Update after years, I no longer work nearby but went back and everything is still delicious, the cran walnut chicken salad is still the best I've ever had, tots are great, the Zoee bear is delicious nothing is bad from my experience. If you're in Groton and hungry this is a...

NOT OVERPRICED!!!You could go to Subway but why not support an amazing local business whose subs and other food taste even better. The Bridge Market here in Groton is where i got this ginormous grinder as we call them here in New England for the crazy cheap price of $10.95. As you can see I have divvied it up int 4 meals and will have it for 2 days at least. Why not buy local and support our independent restaurants and shops. If you havent check out their menu of pizza's and hot and cold grinders. No, I do not work for them I just appreciate good food and like to support!
