Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Groton

Accidently ordered my food here because the app loves to repeatedly change your location even after you change it manually. I tired calling multiple, multiple times to get it canceled because that's what their website says to do. No one ever answered, it just rung until the line is busy sound played. They did however process my order with out me ever picking it up instead of canceling it. So now I'm waiting to see if the company will email me back to get a refund. I'll probably keep leaving reviews and emailing them until I get my refund or something in return. Already tried to contact you through that link before you replied and I didn't get a response. First..I cannot believe this is the only ice cream place in the area other than downtown Mystic. Secondly, knowing that, I cannot figure out why they had 3 kids working there that were highly inefficient. It was almost 9pm on a Monday night. There was a line going out the door and once I got inside I heard things like "we are all out of strawberries.. we don't have any cold fudge... the machine was out of ice cream" When it was my turn to order they gave me my options to choose from based on them not having all the ingredients needed for what I ordered off the menu (not a special order). I always go to this location and never have had a bad experience. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but one of the young ladies at the counter who was taking my order completely ignored me when I was trying to ask a question about the dairy queen app. She looked annoyed that I wanted to use the app. Wouldn't look at me in the face and just had a bad attitude overall. Don't ignore the customers when I was trying to polite. Sorry you're having a bad day but next time don't take it out on...
