The Holybelly omelette was a tightly wrapped gift exploding with flavor the second my fork cut into it. It wasn’t just the aroma of my three favorite breakfast meats cooked up perfectly inside, but the mushrooms, onions, peppers and jalapeños with just enough cheese to hold it together that got me from the beginning.

Those home potatoes tasted like you just cooked them just for me exactly how I like them: tender with a slight crunch.

I ordered the biscuit and gravy separately to take home and try. Add that to my list of regrets in my life, because I wish I had enough room to have eaten those right away. I got home and tried a small piece of the most buttery, yet perfectly flaky biscuit I have ever eaten with a dab of your gravy that seemed like it was made from all the meat that was in the omelette. I don’t know the recipe of how you made it, but I found something that I want to put on everything. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, add Holybelly gravy. Fresh spring salad with fruit? Add Holybelly gravy. It’s the best gravy in the 5 cities and probably way beyond.

I was impressed with the richness of all the flavors without any one part being overbearing over the others. I love to eat great food and this felt like a gift. To my belly. I can’t wait to be back because now I want to...

We had been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally went this weekend.

The staff is really nice! & despite being busy the food came out quick. However there is definitely areas of improvement

No ventilation inside, it was extremely hot inside and claustrophobic due to the low ceilings. If AC does not work a few fans would help since the only ventilation is the small entry door.

Some prices, a little high for the servings. A cup of OJ is $4 and the cups are small compared to other breakfast restaurants around town. The iced coffee is $5 but it’s watered down. The blueberry pancakes $16 were really good but you have to buy the sides to it (eggs, meat, etc) I failed to check that on the menu so now I know for next time.

I will likely go back to try other stuff and hopefully by then they have proper ventilation and adjust prices to servings. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more if more was included. For a family of 4 we spent roughly...

Brunch Done Right! At Holy Belly, restraint serves flavor well. The chilaquiles arrive with red salsa that sings bright, complex, unapologetically bold. Each tortilla chip maintains its integrity beneath the sauce’s assertive embrace. The eggs Benedict proves equally masterful, yolks achieving that coveted jammy perfection that separates competence from craft.

The dining room’s botanical wall installations and thoughtfully curated dishware suggest ownership that sweats the details. Service strikes the perfect balance: present without hovering, knowledgeable without pretense. In a town where brunch often means frozen hash browns and powdered hollandaise, Holy Belly’s commitment to fundamentals feels...

For a family of 4 we spent roughly $90-$95 post taxes.

Finally made it to HolyBelly. We’ve been meaning to try them for a while now, but usually it’s so busy on the weekends, we didn’t want to wait in line. It was, ultimately, worth the wait. The Huevos Rancheros were amazing, as was the Salmon Omelette. It’s refreshing to see effort going into presentation and flavors out of the ordinary, without trying to too hard. We’ll definitely be back, to try more on the menu. Get out and check them out!
