They sold a toy to me right before closing so I went out to the car and tried to get it charging I the way home, right when I saw the plug it looked broken, tried to charge the toy, no go. I called and they stopped answering phone calls. I left a message, nobody called back. I called again and was told they know it wasn't broken when it left. Staff was not helpful, the girl at the counter march 16th about 3pm, was totally disengaged. She had opportunities to upsell and/or show different products/items and she just blew it. Barely spoke, didn't even ask if we needed help etc
