Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Groves

Up until this day I've experienced the utmost customer service from Dairy Queen's employees. Tonight wasn't as pleasant because we haven't experienced the "FLIPPED BLIZZARD" as Dairy Queen promised its customers. The drive thru cashier agreed on its policy but another employee disagreed with it. He bagged our blizzards and banana split. He handed to us in the bag and I told the cashier, "He didn't flip our blizzard. We get a free blizzard, right?" She said, "Yes ma'am, let me see what size blizzard you can get!" She went to the guy that handed me the bag and he came to the window and said, "If it's bagged like that, we don't have to flip the blizzard." I knew of their policy and I enforced it because this is what Dairy Queen promises its customers and besides, my kid's love that idea of flipping their blizzards. My kid's were very disappointed and for that alone, we will no longer eat at...

Got the steak finger basket and a shake. There was a long line so we expected a wait, no problem for us. We waited and watch them quickly bring out the orders to waiting cars. We drove the .5 mile home and could not believe The steak fingers were burned, the fries were cold, the toast was still bread and the gravy was so watery it looked like steak finger cereal. Couldn't even eat it after we toasted the bread and fries in the oven and made our own country gravy at home. The shake was tasty but it really didn't make up for the rest of it. This isn't the first time that the food has been subpar but it will probably be the last time we give them a chance. I hope the managers can address whatever is making the staff so miserable that they can't even be bothered to make the gravy correctly. That's...

We waited 30 mins for some chilli cheese fries! I went inside after seeing everyone else order being brought out that came wayyy after me! I was told by the “manager” they were having some kind of “difficulties! She said they had “ran out of chilli and it only take 4 mins to cook! How so when Ive already waited 25 mins! Make it make sense! Then the employees(youngsters)had the nerve to catch attitudes! Ive had issues with this dairy queen before! I will never step foot in there again! I will stay on my side of town!
