Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Groves

I order a pizza from the Groves Domino's at least once a week. I always ask fro extra sauce never get it. When checking the pizza before I leave I always open the box say that doesn't look like extra sauce they always say oh yeah that's extra sauce. When I get it home there's no extra sauce. So last week ordered our pizza asked for extra sauce and again no extra sauce. So I asked what do I need to say to get the extra sauce on my pizza because I always order it that way and never get what I order. 2 different people in there said you need to ask for Double sauce. So tonight I walked in there and placed my order Large Pan Double sauce pepperoni and hamburger no garlic on the crust. I kept standing there to make sure I was going to get the extra sauce I ordered. The guy taking my order told me they are very good at making the pizza's and I'm sure you will get your double sauce. I kept standing there and said I want to make sure they put double sauce. Well when I got my pizza I opened the box and said that doesn't look like double sauce. He guy that took my order said yeah that's double sauce I said no it's not. He said well the sauce will collect in the center of the pizza. I said I don't believe that I have buying pizza's from Domino's in Groves for 26 years. And that's never happen. I said we'll see when I get it home. Well we'll does it have Double sauce? Dominoes still has some really great pizza. They basically defined what delivery pizza is to us. This is how we all know them but this new generation is meeting a different dominoes. My mother asked me to go pick up her pizza and i asked why don't you get it delivered. I didn't get a clear answer but she's unique at times and i just wanted to make her happy. When i got there I asked, if they charged for delivery, I'm thinking maybe a $1 sur charge would be enough for my mother to save it but they told me it's $5 something. I was shocked. Delivery was how they edged out the other pizzarias. I'm sorry it wasn't on flavor. Every other place we went to was better in my opinion but Delivery just really takes the cake. Made my order online for the Dominos in Groves Tx. After waiting for 1 hour they called me which I didn't get to answer my phone, so I dialed right back , twice, with no answer so I called the store in which they told me that they were at the wrong address and that they apologize and will have my order out shortly 30 minutes later I called and then they said "oh did you want your order still?" so they put me on hold somebody else answers and asked if they could help me , I explained everything to them again and then they say "sooo",........ finally I say "forget it, can you please cancel my order?" then she hung up on me. Wife called back to speak with the Manager (Alex)to make sure our money will be returned to the card, he said the driver (Rebecca) told him that she called me 4 time which was only 2 times and that I didn't call back till 30 minutes later which was 2 minutes later.
