I wish I could say this was a one time issue but they have done it again!! The first time I went, only one employee was working. No one else was in the store, so I thought it would be quick. But the employee said that he was busy with previous clients' devices and he would get to me when he finished. IT TOOK TWO HOURS. I am a patient person, but honestly this is poor management. He fixes the screen and is honestly very friendly towards me and considerate though. When I check the phone after paying, the screen is not put on correctly!! I ask the employee about it and he said it was supposed to look that way, which is NOT true.

I was honestly so done with this experience so I just go, but when i get home my screen literally doesn't work. It doesn't recognize touch, it was glitching out and after a few minutes, it wouldn't turn on.

I went back the next day to show them that they didn't put it on correctly, and the staff was really rude about it. They asked me what I did to the phone to break it, and I was so mad I almost lost my mind. They changed it again after going back and forth with me about who damaged the screen, and when I recieved it, the screen was too small!!! DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WIL RUIN YOUR PHONE AND...

El lugar es espectacular, hacen milagros! Aquí salvaron todas las fotos del viaje más importante de mi vida a un precio tremendo cuando lugares en Estados Unidos y en Europa me cobraban $400 por solo intentar y me advertían que no creían que fuera posible en lo absoluto.

Mi iphone llegó a estar en estatus "disabled" luego de una caída donde al romperse la pantalla el impacto causó que se realizaran inumerables intentos a acceder al mismo con códigos equivocados. Yo no tenía mi memoria de las últimas 5 semanas salvadas en icloud, pues acababa de terminar de caminar 700+ kilómetros del Camino de Santiago en España. Para volver a usar el teléfono, se debía borrar toda la memoria y bajarla del icloud. Al borrarla toda, perdía todos los recuerdos del viaje.

Llamé a todos los lugares que pude conseguir en Europa, donde me encontraba, y en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico, pues regresaba a Puerto Rico en unos días. Nada se podía hacer y el intento costaba el precio de un teléfono nuevo. Sin embargo, ya en PR, llego a esta tienda cerca de mi casa, y entro por eso de intentarlo todo antes de rendirme (ya había entrado a como 5 otros negocios). Me dijeron que lo habían logrado antes para una viuda que tenía dentro de su celular las fotos de su esposo. Aquí hicieron todo lo posible hasta que lo lograron. Y ASI FUE. Tengo miles de fotos y videos de regreso. El precio es económico, el servicio excelente, y las personas extremadamente amigables y lo más importante: entendían la frustración de perder recuerdos y en realidad hicieron todo lo posible por mí.
