ALLERGIES BEWARE I always order the Chai Latte with Almond Milk, for which they charge extra. At the window, I always double check that it was made with Almond Milk because they don’t bother to write it on the cup. They look at me every time and just say yes without making any sort of effort to verify. Today is now the third time that I have been lied to. I am allergic to cow milk and have a strong, undeniable reaction that include severe gastric upset and migraines. This location clearly could not give a damn about its consumers. It would take them two extra seconds to mark the cup and ensure that the order is correct, but they go and ruin someone else’s day out of sheer laziness. It’s not rocket science. It’s fast food. I’ve worked it myself and there is truly NO excuse. It comes down to poor management and a clear lack of discipline. If they keep that up, they’re exposing themselves to the potential for lawsuits. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. Whenever I ask for something on the side, they just don’t add it, even after I confirm and have them repeat the order. The first time, I didn’t check my bag at the drive-through and noticed later — I let it slide. But this second time I specifically asked, “Where is the avocado?” and was told, “in the wrap,” when I had clearly ordered it on the side. I'm very dissapointed of the actitude and the way they treat the costumers. The staff including the managers are rude and have no patience with customers in Escorial establisment in Puerto Rico. Food is served cold and if you asked to get an exchange for a hot meal, they look angry and treat you like are bothering them.
