McDonald's — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Ayer llevé a los niños a desayunar en este McDonald's y lamentablemente tuvimos una experiencia desagradable. A pesar de la falta de electricidad en el pueblo de Guaynabo desde el la noche anterior, esperé durante 5 minutos sin recibir una atención cordial. Además, me negaron el servicio de desayuno, a pesar de que este lugar debería ser inclusivo para niños con discapacidad. Los niños con ciertas condiciones a veces tienen necesidades alimenticias específicas, y es importante que se les atienda en cualquier momento para promover la inclusión.

Además, pedí específicamente que el desayuno no tuviera huevos, ya que uno de los niños no los consume, pero me lo entregaron con huevo. También solicité jugo de china y una orden adicional de pancakes 🥞 en tres ocasiones, pero no se añadieron a mi pedido.

En el mismo lugar, conocí a otra madre cuyo sándwich tenía un alambre, y aunque habló con el gerente, aún no ha recibido una disculpa por el susto que vivió.

Lamentablemente, debido a estas experiencias, considero que este McDonald's no es un lugar seguro ni limpio para llevar a tus hijos. Les recomendaría evitarlo para evitar situaciones desagradables y preocupaciones innecesarias. Es decepcionante ver cómo lugares como este afectan la percepción de Guaynabo y reflejan una falta de servicio al público y respeto por la dignidad humana.

Yesterday, I took the kids to have breakfast at this McDonald's, and unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. Despite the power outage, I waited for 5 minutes without receiving a friendly service. Furthermore, they denied me breakfast service, even though this place should be inclusive for children with disabilities. Children with certain conditions sometimes have specific dietary needs, and it's important to attend to them at any time to promote inclusion.

Moreover, I specifically requested the breakfast without eggs since one of the kids doesn't eat them, but they still gave it to me with eggs. I also asked for orange juice and an additional order of pancakes 🥞 three times, but they were not added to my order.

At the same location, I met another mother whose sandwich had a wire in it, and despite talking to the manager, she still hasn't received an apology for the scare she experienced.

Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I believe this McDonald's is not a safe or clean place to take your kids. I would recommend avoiding it to prevent unpleasant situations and unnecessary concerns. It's disappointing to see how places like this impact the perception of Guaynabo and reflect a lack of public service and respect for...

Walked over to this restaurant while my car was being fixed because I happen to like the McGriddle but never got an opportunity to enjoy breakfast here. I waited for an employee to greet me and ask me for my order but it never happened. There was no wait and a few people dining in the restaurant but it didn’t feel too busy yet the employees did not greet me nor acknowledge me. I waited for too long before deciding to walk out and try my luck across the way at Church’s chicken, which was the best choice for they were friendly, prompt and delicious. Do not recommend this place for breakfast at all. There’s no excuse for bad customer service, especially at a well known fast food like...

Ordered via Drive-through at 10:43am, did wait at window for 10 minutes, no phone answering, no Store number found on ticket in order to file a complaint, doors were closed and when attempted to reenter drive-through it was crowded. So parked in front of store where several others were waiting and order was delivered at 11:15 (I mean, 32 minutes???). Newbie came out with a paper bag all squished up, with a cold egg sandwich and an almost transparent bottom from the oil coming out of the hash browns.
