Panda Express — Restaurant in Guaynabo

This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to, and I honestly don’t know why I keep giving it another chance instead of just going to the one at Interamericana. Every visit is the same — the restaurant is consistently understaffed, with no clear system or method in place. Communication among the staff is poor, and the manager seems completely absent, which explains why the service is subpar 99% of the time.

The wait times are unbelievably long, even during non-peak hours, which just adds to the frustration. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy Panda Express elsewhere, but this location is simply not managed well. If the owner or manager happens to read this, I strongly suggest visiting your store more often and addressing these issues — because right now, the experience here is far from what the brand...
