My recent visit to Puerto Madero turned out to be nothing short of a complete disaster. The restaurant's abysmal service left me utterly disappointed and frustrated throughout the entire meal.

Right from the start, it was evident that the staff lacked even the most basic attention to detail. We were not provided with napkins, and it seemed like the servers couldn't care less about whether we needed anything else. It was as if they were just going through the motions without any genuine interest in serving their customers.

To make matters worse, the pizza we ordered arrived at the table undercooked and unappetizing. The dough was raw in the center, making it almost inedible. It was clear that little effort was put into preparing the dish, and the taste reflected that lack of care and skill in the kitchen.

Throughout our meal, we attempted to get the attention of the staff to address our concerns, but they seemed oblivious to our dissatisfaction. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation only compounded our frustration.

Given this terrible experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Puerto Madero to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The absence of basic service courtesies, combined with the undercooked pizza, made this visit one to forget – for all the wrong reasons. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other restaurants that value their customers and take pride in delivering quality food...

Very bad experience at Puerto Madero. The waiter not friendly, greeted us explaining that he could only do one ticket per table regardless of us being two families and that tip was to be added. We were fine with that. Then he proceeded to basically said that we had a couple of minutes to order or no food was going to be served as the kitchen would close at 8:30pm, no explanation of menu whatsoever. At 8:40 pm waiter came by to tell us they were closing, lights literally shut down on us a bit before 9pm. We were 7 altogether with children. Very rude, we walked out in the darkness. Definitely not coming back again. Pizzas not so great either. Totally understand they had a closing time but the means and way we were treated was rude and impolite. NO way to treat customers, specially if on top of it you are adding...

They seem to have expanded to fit more customers, but they forgot to expand the oven or kitchen or staff. They do not have the capacity to handle the amount of tables they have. I must have waited 45 minutes before I asked for an estimate of time remaining. They answered that 10 more minutes, but could not give any guarantee. They even got defensive and rude that I had the nerve to expect good service on a Friday. I asked for the check and left to Faccio pizza. There I had food on my table in less than 15 minutes. It's unacceptable what this...

Another pizza place we love to go to. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. Beside pizza they also have pasta. This place is like an "express" extension of their Fugazzeta restaurant nearby. They have beers and large mojitos. There's only one pizza size, we always have two pizzas because I eat a lot. The quality of the pizzas is top notch, and the crust is on the thin side. Service is pretty good too. They usually don't take a lot of time to make the pizza.

The service was great! Even though they were short-staffed, they attended to us quickly and were super attentive. Have an excelent sangria. The appetizers weren’t the highlight, but the pizza more than made up for it. Every pizza we tried was fantastic, but the one with honey and pepperoni? Wow, absolutely amazing! It’s definitely one of my new favorites. We loved everything and will definitely be back!
