Terrible Service, I would Give Negative Stars if possible. If you’re looking for the worst service imaginable, this is the place. We arrived during a non-busy time, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. Yet, we had to wait around 10 minutes just for a host/server to acknowledge us and seat us. Shortly after, a "frequent customer" arrived, and it was obvious from the loud conversation and special treatment the person received. We ordered soups as entry plates, while this other customer ordered a full meal, which arrived almost immediately. Meanwhile, we finished our soups, and our server never returned. After waiting 10 minutes, we had to call him over to ask about our main dishes. Then, after waiting a full hour, we had to ask again. At this point, the server came back to ask us what we had ordered because the kitchen never even received our order! He had completely forgotten to put it in. At no point during that long wait did he think to check on us or even notice we were just sitting there. To make matters worse, our table was near the bar, and the counter looked like a dishwasher station piled with dirty, used glasses and cups just sitting there, waiting for someone to clean them. Not exactly a pleasant sight while you’re trying to eat. In the end, the server asked if we wanted to reorder, but after wasting an hour, we decided to try our luck someplace more organized and more serious. As for the food? The soup was below ave rage. It tasted like water with a few ingredients thrown in. If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. But since that’s not an option, I’m generously leaving a 1-star review. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and surrounded by...

I have always been wanting to go to this places as I pass by it multiple times and finally decide to go.

From the start the parking is a bit tricky, is not small by any means but there been 3 restaurantes sharing same parking spot it was full.

The atmosphere is pretty modern with good illumination and offer indoor sitting and outdoor sitting spaces. There is enough space between tables so it doesn't feel like it could get crowded even if full.

The service started well, the first waiter took our drink orders make some jokes and was friendly. Then he never return to the table and another waiter took over which never brought us the things we asked for (napkins). Then ANOTHER different waiter took over and she did not seem happy or wanting to serve our table at all (even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at that moment). Service was really hit and miss and needs to improve overall in all honesty.

As for the food, I really wish it was better overall. We started with drinks, two mojitos, one which was a blend of coco and passion fruit, the other strawberry with passion fruit. The coco-passion fruit just taste as piña colada full, not an ounce of the mojito like flavor, how a mix of coco and passion fruit turns into a piña colada still confuses me. The other one was just really sour to drink.

As for the main course, it was a chicken breaded with platain and a fish the same way. I was hoping to get a bit of the tostones flavor along with the chicken, but it was pretty bland and the breaded just broke away from the chicken as I was cutting it.

Is hard to recommend cause of service needing to be better and food at least for me need...

To be transparent I did not physically enter this establishments eating area but instead had food from them. (This restaurant partners with two other restaurants in the same building so you can sit in one area but order from the other area. Which to their credit is a great idea). My friends wanted pasta so we decided to dine (physically) at Agilio e Olio franchise. The environment was ok, they offer indoor, outdoor and bar seating. One of the ACs were not working so the temperature was not controlled very well. I ordered “El Boricua”. Unfortunately the food was not good. The meat was too dry and salty, while the tostones had no salt (perhaps to balance each other out). They also did not offer Mayo-ketchup, which might seem trivial but...it’s kind of a thing. Perhaps for others who might not be as familiar with what quality PR has to offer for this type of food, it might have passed but for me...this wasn’t it. It was also over priced. Other food at their establishment might be better but I do not plan to order from them...

This place is awesome!!! I loved the experience here. If you are visiting and dont know spanish it will be kind of hard to order food because it's all in spanish and the staff primarily speak spanish but it is totally worth stopping by to get some food. The steak and fish was phenomenal. I had Passion fruit sangria for the first time that was way better than any sangria I ever had. The rice and beans, yuca, and other cocktails were great. I would highly recommend this place. They also play live music sometimes on certain days of the week. You can also smoke outside at the outdoor tables.
