A few days ago, I order one thing and got another. Then, today at lunch time I ordered a plate, where I added extra Red Onions & Sweet plantains. I called and the Girl/Lady that answered was not Professional at all with a Bad Attitude. She put me on hold, then a few minutes later came back, so I explained what was missing on my Order, & she told me, to contact the Uber Driver, that it’s his/her responsibility. She for got that Uber Eats does the Driving and the order was placed with Stuffed Avocados. Horrible service and to boot, she’s telling me, they aren’t responsible. Just ordered from DoorDash and I order frequently from this place but will probably be the last. This is the 3rd time that I order from this place through DoorDash and the order comes WRONG. ALL THREE TIMES! This is super frustrating especially when you are starving and have to wait for a while because the store is pretty far so that when it arrives, the order is wrong. The times that I have visited the store physically, the employees are chitchatting and giggling. They need to give better customer service and need to pay attention to what they’re doing. Also, when I called the store with my concern, the supervisor didn’t even apologize for the situation from the beginning. I had to speak with cursed words to get her to give me a mediocre “sorry”.
