Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Out of the two B&J’s in San Juan, this branch used to be the best one; sadly not anymore. Many flavours were unavailable, it looks very messy inside and the customer service was terrible. Staff puts minimum effort to make your visit worth it.

Had to ask 3 times to get me a fresh & warm straight-from-the-cone waffle maker, (which is mainly the only reason why I would visit B&J’s, the fresh cones) and STILL they didn’t, instead I was given “the fresher cone” which still wasn’t warm as most cones were just sitting there for who knows how long.

Honestly you go here to hang out with friends from what I've seen. In all honesty the place has gotten so expensive that it's just not worth it unless you're with a group of people. Like most people can't afford to spend $9 for an ice cream. Overall the atmosphere is nice and vibey. The service was pretty good nothing above the ordinary. The ice cream tasted good, just not really...

I mean, It's Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream is very good. And the location has parking on the other side of the street. It's pretty accessible and you can sit around the area which is good. Very tranquill spot to just relax, eat an ice cream and talk with friends and/or family. Only thing I could say was a little bit of a down is that some flavors weren't available. But still great...
