Used drive thru because lobby was closed even tho should have been open. Where do I start, before my order told them I was using a coupon, staff said they weren't ready for my order. I stated ok well I still have a coupon. I order 2 combo meals and chicken fries w order of fries. No 2 window service on the drive thru so cross contamination or hand to money to food witnessed. Total was $21.49 I present coupon and a $20. Apparently the staff is under the influence of drugs because during covid they had no safety hygiene about them, masks were worn but cross contamination evidence. Was told they couldn't process my order because I never mentioned coupon.. so obviously not trained employees. Asked for a supervisor and was told I ordered incorrectly and that coupon usually isn't valid without coupon code. I stated then train your employees to ask for code, I only know it states to alert of coupon before order which I did twice. Supervisor then witnessed employee slandering me by calling me a liar. Supervisor then gave me a bag without receipt or all of my order. Like a Karen said have a nice day and then slammed window shut. No ettique nor respect to give me straws napkins, ask for sauce or my drinks. I sit there at window waiting, employee finally comes to window to state "what now". I say rest of my order obviously, still no receipt or sauces. Upon food inspection, both burgers were made incorrectly with incompetence missing majority of ingredients, no internal temp at all. chicken fries hard from sitting , and double fryer trips. Fries eerily bland almost raw. Needless to say I see why most choose your competitors. Sincerely a former customer and future plantiff with witnesses. Going to district & regional, better business & osha. You definitely will be hearing in the future. All while i wear a mask, yet I'm the one feeling robbed, hurt & like services were not rendered , theft by deception...
Read moreI always have a great experience when i go in at night time, billy and his night shift team are just awesome!! You feel welcome as soon u walk in the door. Everyone is working n getting things done and you can they enjoy their jobs. They all work great together which makes the me as the customer glad i stopped there because it doesn't matter what kimd of mood im in when i get there i know I'm going away happy! Billy is great n funny manager. Hr is always working one night i watch him take the order thru drice thru amd then go make the order and then hand to customer as thr next customer in line i didnt mind waiting either because not very often do you see a manager working just like everyone else. Read moreAttempted to stop at this location to grab something quick ot take home for lunch. Pulled up to drive thru and sat for 2 minutes without being addressed. Decided to go inside thinking they may be busy. Stood by the counter for 5 minutes while employees looked over at us and continued to do whatever they were doing. Very poor customer service. Wasn't any people in there waiting for food and noone was in the drive thru when we went in. The manager was obviously not fouced on serving customers while making coffee. Don't waist your time at this location if you want something fast. Didn't even get to place an order before we decided to leave and go somewhere else.
