This place is bangin. First time today, walked in with my fiance, grabbed a to-go menu and the ordering menu, and sat down on the comfy couches they had in there to choose what we wanted in comfort. They have a bunch of different options for you if you want to make your own bowl or burrito and even have a few signature ones if you don't want to make your own. I got the big wave in a half rice half salad bowl, and my fiance made her bowl how she wanted. We both picked a couple appetizers to try as well, crab rangoon, fried dumpling, and shrimp tempura. All off the chain, from the looks of both the sauces and the food itself, to the actual flavor everything was friggen awesome. The rangoon batter was in itself a special little treat, it tasted different in a good way from any I think either one of us has had before. I asked the young man behind the counter (who was very polite, informative, and super chill) to hook me up however he'd like it to make my bowl a little special, as is my way when I go to most places, and after adding the masago and a couple other things to it he hit the nail right on the head. I don't know exactly what I was expecting but this blew it out of the water, 10/10 would...
Read moreI had driven by this place several times and decided to give it a try because I was feeling sushi, and I was very glad that I did! I have had poke bowls a few other times before, but I hadn't ever had a sushi burrito before, but I have seen them and have always wanted to try. They give you the option to pick a poke bowl or a burrito, so I chose the burrito. Pricing is done based on how many proteins you want, and some ingredients cost extra, but for the most part it is similar to Subway, where you just select from a bunch of fresh ingredients on what you want. The process is fun with selecting your proteins, vegetables, sauces, and such. I chose to go with the 3 protein option, and the burrito is huge. It fed two people, no problem. It tasted very good overall and everything tasted very fresh. I didn't have any boba, so I cannot comment on that. The pricing seems very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The same amount of regular sushi would have cost much more than they charge. The workers were friendly and polite. The location was very clean. I will definitely becoming back again for another...
Read moreStopped for a poke bowl the other day and it was quite delicious. Located on the right in a small strip mall just off 98 as you enter Gulf breeze. There’s plenty of parking. If you’re lucky, there’s even a shady spot. The restaurant is clean and open with couches, providing conversation centers on one side and tables with chairs on the other side.
At the back, there’s a counter where you order. They have soft drinks and a long list of beverages. Milks, tea teas and Boba drinks here but No beer or alcohol.
The poke bowls are delicious. They have numerous proteins to choose from as you can customize your ingredients like you want or you can choose from several different favorite bowls. They also have some delicious sounding appetizers and a poke burrito, which I may try the next time.
All in all a quiet place to pick up a quick lunch. Food is good. Service is good. I’ll definitely be going back.
