I called the store the next day asking for a refund and Angie, the area manager, has gone above and beyond to help me get my money back! Even though there have been some technical obstacles, she's shown outstanding customer service and dedication. I hope that her superiors and coworkers give her the appreciation and compensation she deserves 👏👍
I will add that we went back to the store a few days later to get some food, and even though I ordered online, I waited at least 20 minutes when I got to the store. There were only two workers there struggling to fill the many orders they were dealing with. The girl was doing a good job although the two seemed to have zero communication with each other. The guy set an order on the table and after a minute I went up and had to look through the bag to see that it was my order. I won't be ordering food from the location again. Read moreWorking here was good! While it lasted. During the beginning process I have seen this store grow and had many daily customers come in to see not only the staff but enjoy the service as well! Robbie was a great manager and person. He had many employees that liked him and would pursue to handle things coordinately and reasonably. He would even give employees gifts our even hype them up on their bad days. I think everyone should have a manager like him! Ever since he has left gulf Breeze Tropical smoothie, that store has gone down hill. No more familiar faces. Less sales. And constant complaints about manager to me and other employees. 4 employees have quit since being with the new manager. And she continues to lie to costumers about her firing them.
