It's Chick-fil-A: one can safely assume the service is going to be exceptional. And they did not disappoint on that front. What really impressed me though about this location was how seriously they took keeping the place sanitary & clean. You don't usually see this level of commitment at any fast food chain. As soon as a large crew had finished eating, they went right behind them and, from top to bottom, scrubbed the area. I'm talking mopped, clorox, everything. It wasn't closing time yet--anyone could have gone over there and sat again. Right before we left, I saw something that caught my attention again. One of the staff members was up inside the jungle gym located in the play area for the kids. I was generally trying to figure out what this girl was doing. Ya'll, she had a spray bottle and cloth: she was sanitizing that thing from top to bottom 🤯. I have never in my 40 years ever seen that . . . ever. Read morePlaced a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20. I arrived right at 10:30, knowing breakfast ends at 10:30 I went directly to the counter to alert them of my mobile order. It was 10:32 by the time I got the attention of someone at the counter.
I happily stood to the side while the clerk asked the manager if she could accommodate my order.
The manager was unwilling to fulfill my order although I heard her calling back to the kitchen for 4 more chicken biscuits. So why say no to my one?
I asked the clerk to help me understand, out of genuine curiosity so that I don't run into this situation again. I was met with a rather snippy response.. I am not a regular mobile app user and was unaware that I needed to select that I was here ON the app! I wish they had been more understanding, and at a minimum I would appreciate become spoken to with that warm friendly tone that we all appreciate at chick fil a.

Read moreLet me tell you why Chick-fil-A is awesome. Last night around 11pm my (very drunk) boyfriend and I were heading home from the pub crawl on the beach. My boyfriend insisted on getting Chick-fil-A even after I told him many times it was closed. He continued to say "no the lights are on! They are open!" So to prove to him they were closed, I pulled through the drive thru. I let him yell at the drive thru order entercom for a bit. We pulled forward and there was a cart in the way of the drive thru. My boyfriend got out and moved cart and scared the poor girl trying to close the restaurant down! She asked if we wanted food, I told her yes, but I'm aware you're closed. She told us to pull forward. What does she do?! She gave us a large water and a cold wrap! For free! How awesome is that?!
