Wendy's — Restaurant in Gulfport

Just had the worse chili I’ve ever tasted ! While in the drive thru , the lady at the window crumpled up the 3 bags of food and handed them out the window all at one time. She dropped one of the bags on the ground and the potatoes from the order smashed on the ground. They were out of potatoes so had to refund part of the money. Then when he got home with the food, the only remaining item from our order , was terrible. The chili didn’t taste even remotely like Wendy’s chili. It was watery, had white beans instead of chili beans and the few kidney beans in it were crunchy. What has happened to all the Wendy’s on the coast. The employees are rude and inconsiderate, and incompetent. Now the food is horrible. This is not the first experience I’ve had. I will never go back to the Biloxi Wendy’s and now I guess I won’t be back to the Gulfport Wendy’s....

This store is dirty. Especially by drive thru window. I wasn't feeling well and all I wanted was a sour cream and chive baked potato. They told me I would have to wait because they were out of them. I think this is ridiculous. Once they start getting low shouldn't they be baking more? So, I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger and small fry. The fries were cold and undercooked and the Cheeseburger was cold and stale as well. You could tell the employee helping me either didn't like her job or didn't want to be there or both. This was around 2 in the afternoon... after the lunch rush, so I expected better service. The drive thru line was backed up and it took forever to get out of there. Unfortunately, there is no way to leave the line once you are in the drive thru. I doubt I will...

After a long wait my wife ordered a salad and took it home. After a few bites she bit down on something hard and it was an opened safety pin. She took the salad in the kitchen and dumped it in a plate where she found 4 more opened safety pins in the bottom of the container. Gulfport police wouldn't investigate because no one was injured and after months of trying to get Wendy's to assure us they had found out who did it and it was no longer a threat for someone else, they have said they have found no evidence the pins were placed there in the restaurant. The salads are put together in the restaurant and we didn't put them there so how did they get there. If we were looking for money, which we don't need, she could have stuck a pin in her lip. We will not eat at...
