I'm visiting from Arizona and I've been here for about 4 months now before finally deciding to eat some Mexican as i was debating even doing so because I really didn't think I'd find anything worth trying. While casually driving past this place i decided to stop by and grab something to eat. I go in and there is only one other person in there eating, it's about 5pm at this point and the vibe is welcoming, i get seated quickly and asked what I'd like to drink (gotta get the horchata). Waiter comes back within a few minutes with what i thought would be your same old same old sized restaurant drink, but no i got a freaking MINI PITCHER! Some chips and salsa then showed up which were absolutely perfect while waiting on the main meal. I then ordered the Churrazco, per the waiters suggestion, along with some tacos de al pastor and lengua. Fast forward about 6-10min and the food shows up. The portions for the churrazco was exactly what I expected (decent serving), but i was pleasantly caught by surprise by the size of the tacos (there's no holding back on portions here). I'm about 30min into my meal and next thing i now the whole place is packed. I somehow managed to finish just about everything and even though I was extremely full i still wanted to keep munching away at the chips and salsa. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you want to enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food speaks for itself and so does the crowd this place draws in. TLDR; Food tasty, portions bountiful, vibes casual, and priced very well.

This was my first time eating here, only because I’m not usually in this area. First of all don’t let the outside appearance fool you. The inside is very nice and clean. Also the food is very good and fresh. Also they have build your own combinations. You can do two or three main dishes with rice and beans. The best part is it’s very cheap both are under $10.00. I eat at a lot of Mexican places but this is the first I found with build your own combination. Everything I had was great. Also you get your own salsa bowl, so you don’t have to share with someone. The service was also excellent. If I’m in the area again, I will be back.

Had the prime rib and guacamole appetizers. Outstanding. Went back again Jan 18th and sadly my husband's dish came with hair in it - I know things happen - and this was the first time this has happened since all the times we have ever eaten there. The other people who we ate with their dishes were excellent as well as mine. Their food is always outstanding, but just be aware. The manager was so embarrassed and immediately offered anything my husband wanted. My husband said no, he was fine. The manager then took his entire meal off the bill. They were truly understanding and repeatedly expressed their apologies.

I (was) a regular customer, but no more. It was 8.45 pm but the sign says the restaurant closes at nine, the door was still open for anyone to walk in. The greeter met me and my party at the door and greeted us . The manager walk by and boldly stated No! We closed and continued to walk by us and let the greeter explain they were closing. I was going to order the special to go, plus there was a crowd of guests already in the place and they sure did not look like they were about to leave in 15 minutes.

Every week I would order a special at dinner time and mix drinks and leave a nice tip with a bill total of around forty bucks. I will make sure to tell my friends how rude and unprofessional the manager was . Rudeness and unprofessionalism has turned me off from this place. I do realize that it was close to closing time, however as a manager you should have taken it upon yourself to apologize to guests by explaining the situation and not walking past with a bold statement that displayed rudeness , impoliteness, and unprofessional manners, making regular customers no longer feel welcome.

I live in Gulfport and there is a Mexican Restaurant located a block around the corner from my house and I passed it up to come visit you miles away. As I write this review , I hope you understand that I am enjoying some authentic Mexican cuisine elsewhere.

Maybe you need to take a manager course on how to treat and...

I have gone to this restaurant a few times before and considered it a good place to go to be comfortable, relax for the day and know what I order will be good food and drink...UNTIL TODAY! Today is 5/25/24. Between 2:50 and around 3:50 I only was served one of the special 2 margreatia for around $6. I ordered that and a guacamole salad that I asked to be served after I finished the first margarita which lasted about 15 minutes. I never had my wateress attend to me again after giving me the first drink. I got so disgusted waiting around for so long just to get my salad and another drink I wanted to leave. It turned out to be just horrible. Trying to relax eating out that turned into the first time in my life telling anyone I could find to pay my bill and who worked at this place, "this is the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant in my entire life!" I know complaining does nothing especially because it does not take a nuclear scientist to understand that no one that day I had contact with during that time that could care less about me being a customer waiting on my order, why would any of them care about my criticism? I hope this was a one off! I though what I had eaten there before was pretty good. There is just something seriously wrong with the...
