Guys !!!
I never post someone publicly... this is my first post for some one after few months I bought my food from this restaurant...
So i was driving back from FL to TX on my way back, i decided to hold my night to this city... and booked my food through phone and picked up the food to my hotel... since I was starving from morning i had made a few requests on phone to the restaurant just to make sure food was cooked well and some slices of raw onions and green chilies) which i was very much charged as well ( see the invoice)...since I m from India and can cook decently well so I know what I had requested for....BTW....i was all set to eat the food and soon Fter few bites... the worst I could see the half cooked flour as my breads 🍞 ( Garlic Naan)....
and the Dal Makhni (Indian style cooked Lentils with butter)..... the Dal was rotten and the recipes were surly at least few days pre cooked for...
Soon after testing all that food I immediately called the restaurant and the guy picked up sounds like owner because the way he replied me...
i humbly asked him if I may speak in Hindi to describe my self properly about what I had requested & bought from them and what I had received...
I tried to express my self in the way stating that proposing them my opinion... ( which he accepted) they should not cook and serve the way they did to me to some one who doesn't know about Indian cuisine or other national may not know or smell or understand the taste of a uncooked breads, rotted & refrigerated pre cooked recipes...
But being an indian (born and raised in India) and a foodies with his best smelling and tasting capabilities can easily tell whats wrong with the food... but instead of noting my valuable comments or appreciation or apology (which I never wanted to post as bad 👎 review) he replied me so rudely and offered me to come down to get my refund... which was never my intention or will do to no one.... by the way I had to leave the food because of health issues ( uncooked bread and Rotten Lentils might could caused me food poisoning) and I had to drive a long way next day with empty stomach 😆 no bad feelings guys just wanted to share something I felt bad... sorry for my comments... but I was expecting a way better replies from you.

Read moreWent here with my wife and friends as the first time experiencing Indian cuisine. The manager (owner?) was polite and went out of his way to help serve us, they promptly prepared a table for our party of 6. The waitress that handled us, however, had a blatantly poor attitude and was rude from the get-go, regularly rolling her eyes and treating us as a burden, towards the end of our meal when getting to-go containers for our leftovers, we asked about bags to carry our containers in and she said in a very snide tone all whilst rolling her eyes at my wife "Will there be anything else?". This was way out of line when we didn't really ask for much outside of placing our order. The waitress seemed to be unhappy with having to serve us and really took a big chunk out of the experience for us. As far as the food goes, the butter chicken, goat, cheese, and naan were good. However we did have a problem with an order of shrimp fried rice, the shrimp had a pungent, rotten odor and tasted as if it was improperly stored and spoiled. Being from the coast we've had a lot of shrimp in our time and something was definitely wrong with the shrimp. Apart from the fried rice dish the other food was decent but the experience with the waitress made a poor first impression of the restaurant. The floor and table were also greasy and slippery, not the...
Read moreI have order from here three times, and as much as I want to make it one of my favorite restaurants, it’s been too inconsistent. Maybe it’s because I order delivery, but my order has been wrong 2 out of 3 times. The first time, who I presume was the owner called to apologize about missing items and added some extra bread. When my order arrived, I received tikka masala with an odd protein instead of butter curry (I presume it was cottage cheese as a vegetarian option in a mixup, but I’m not entirely sure).
Second time everything was perfect and absolutely delicious.
Third time was tonight and was very disappointing. Once again my butter curry was replaced with tikka masala which was too spicy (and I have a reasonable tolerance); I was unable to eat it and made me sick shortly after despite only eating a little. The protein was correct, but there was only three tough pieces of meat and four large bones (picture attached). It was almost completely inedible. The bread was tough and burned despite being perfect the other two times. However, the carrot halwa was great! Sweet and savory; Indian desserts are very unique.
If I order again, it’ll be in store. Despite being wrong, the food tastes great and has been fresh, but inedible due to my diet...
