First bad Starbucks review: Worst service from a Starbucks. I’m a Starbucks long time customer. I visit almost on a daily. I only come here when I’m in town but usually visit the Ennis location and others. I come here maybe once a week. I can tell you they get it wrong 9 out of 10. Most of the time just not complaining because I’m in a hurry. Today I wanted my coffee the way I ordered and asked for xtra cream. They made a big deal about it. Also the app doesn’t charge xtra cream but they insisted I pay for it. I ordered 8 pumps of syrup but my drink tasted like it had no sugar. All the employees were acting upset. I honestly don’t get what their deal is. My coffee was $5.03 …. It was not free so why act like I’m trying to get something for free? I spend at least $100 a month on Starbucks. Unfortunately I have a thing for coffee! I really feel this maybe a personal agenda training issue. I have 2 friends who happen to be brown and they also always have this issue here. Read moreI’m only posting this in hopes they will fix things for the next person! Normally this place is always great, today not so much! My order was just about $20 I order for myself and my kids! The lady in the drive through was very rude taking my order, and we get to the window and had forgotten my wallet in my other bag but I had a $50 in my clutch. I handed the lady that took our order the money and she says ummm I don’t know if I can do this it’s gonna have to be something smaller than this and I said unfortunately that’s the smallest I have. She then says she would ask her manager if they could do it and she comes back and says no so I hand her the food back before she handed me our drinks. She said sorry all I can take is a $20. I would have only been getting $30 in change back! Unsure of how that was an issue however it was. No where does this place have they only accept $20 bills, or that they can’t make change for $30. Read moreI realize some have had a bad experience at this location but let's face it. This isn't Dallas or another major metropolitan area. With that being said I've visited this location several times. Despite having much less staff then must other locations, they've always worked hard to get my orders out and still managed to maintain a great attitude. However tonight I went in with a very special complicated order that my daughter had found on Tic Toc. Now we Dad's always want to be the hero so I went for broke. The manager looked at the drink on my screen shot and said " yeah I can make that" and make it he did. Yes I got to be the Starbucks hero thanks to these folks! Thank you for going above and beyond! You could have just as easily said " I can't make that"! I would highly recommend this location. All I can tell others is remember where you are and cut these folks a little slack.
