The manager forgot to place the cheesy tots in my crew’s order. I order from Burger King at least 3 times a week for our crew of 4 to 8 people. Never ever order from this Burger King in Guntersville. The manager wearing a red/pink shirt said he already placed the $3.00 tots in my crew’s bag. He didn’t. Then refused to do so after I had to walk in to ask for them. He said no he needed to see the whole order so then I had to go back to the car again and my crew took their food out of their mouths to give him the proof he forgot. 2 of us own our own company for over 30 years.
