Thursday night 03-07-2024 Since they've changed their menu, we've tried new things & EVERYTHING we've had here has been terrific. Service is quick, even when they're busy. I love the homemade horchata here, & the beautiful glass it's served in. It's a very hydrating drink (alcohol free). The utensils, tables, & menus have appeared clean every visit. The employees are super friendly. Highly recommend this place. We really enjoy the atmosphere.

Wednesday evening 02-07-2024 THEY HAVE A NEW MENU TODAY 🌮 🌮 The food....& the service....here are phenomenal. Everything we've ordered here has been delicious 😋

☆☆Saturday 09-23-23 lunch Food was good, but unfortunately service was a miss today. We felt like we were being rushed to leave....& ate & left faster than we ever do. (They had less than 10 tables occupied). I was still eating my chips & cheese dip, when our server packed our chips in a to go bag. We've eaten here 6 times this month so far, & today's disappointment won't keep us from going back here. Bathrooms are clean & have soap, TP & paper towels stocked every visit. The hostess wipes menus after guests touch them. These are big pluses in my book.

☆☆Monday 9-11-23 •Service was great & fast. Food was delicious 😋 Highly recommend the tableside guacamole.

☆☆Sunday, September 3,2023 •trying to get a handicapped parking spot & a group of women just standing in the ♿ spot talking, holding their take out containers, just ignoring that we were trying to park there!! People in this town are so inconsiderate that it's shocking to me 😒 The food here was incredible but service was off today...waited a very long time for acknowledgement from a server after being seated by the hostess.... Long enough to read the entire multiple page menu & thirsty enough to go back outside & bring in my own drink. All the other times we've visited here, service has been terrific.

Great food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices....

Had a very bad experience here. The buss boy cart hit one of the young ladies at our table, and did not apologize. Later, two waiters had an accident and spilt steaming hot fajitas on her. Luckily she was wearing a long sleeve sweater, but the apology was very insincere. After wiping off her phone (that was filled with cheese dip) she proceeded to take the case off and noticed that it was cracked. We told them about this, and they checked the cameras and said that the plate did not land on the phone. We asked to see a clip of the video on camera, and they denied to show us. They told us they weren’t able to take a video of the clip. We then asked for the phone number of the owner, to handle the situation with him, given that they did did not seem to care. They took forever to bring us the number. we asked for the names of the waiters who were involved in the accident they said they didn’t know their names and would come back with them. We then saw one of the waiters and asked for his name. He told us his name was andres, and then the manager later came back and told us his name was Marcos. So I’m not sure what was going on. They still charged us full price for our food. We got no discount. They did nothing about her phone. And did not even offer to discount her food off of our tab. They handled this accident very unprofessionally and...

A year ago, this would have been a 5 star review because I loved this place. Now? Not so much. Almost every time we visit, something is wrong with at least one of our orders. The staff is friendly enough but seems they struggle a bit with taking orders. On a recent visit to this place, however, had one of the worst waiters. Order was wrong, wouldn't bring drink refills, never came by to check on us, took 20 minutes to bring a to-go box after being asked for one twice. Another big thing now is that after you order, your food will be out in 5-10mins. That just lets you know everything is precooked and not as fresh as it could be. I would rather wait for my food to be cooked fresh than for it to be at the table so soon. Just my preference. It's also gotten quite pricey as well. Julia's isn't what it used to be. We will probably find another place to eat as the traffic to get down here is terrible just for us to have issues with...
