During my visit, I observed a welcoming atmosphere with patrons of all ages enjoying their dining experience.
Menu and Food Experience: For brunch, I sampled the coffee, which was spectacular in both presentation and taste, and the creamy and delicious hot chocolate. The highlight of my meal was the Boricua wrap, featuring pernil, ham, bacon, suiza cheese, lettuce, and peppers. While the wrap's presentation was impressive, I found the seasoning lacking, with a noticeable absence of salt and other flavors. Despite this, the overall taste was satisfactory, earning a rating of 7 for taste and 8 for presentation.
Menu Variety: El Shaddai's menu offers a mix of breakfast and lunch items, akin to other popular brunch establishments, providing diners with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from.
Service Experience: While the dining experience was enjoyable, the level of service could have been more attentive. Despite the restaurant not being busy, I felt that our server could have been more proactive in catering to our needs. As a result, I opted to leave a 15% tip instead of my usual 18-20%.

Sin embargo, en esta Ășltima visita mi experiencia fue desagradable. OrdenĂ© una pechuga encebollada con arroz mampostiao. El arroz estaba delicioso, pero la pechuga no sabĂa a nada. Le informĂ© al mesero y Ă©l me dijo que me la podĂa cambiar si lo deseaba. De buena fĂ© le dije que no me la cambiarĂĄn para que no tuvieran que botarla, lo que representarĂa un gasto para ellos, le pedĂ entonces un poco de salsa de guayaba que era lo que tenĂan. El mesero me trajo una salsa frĂa que si se la ponĂa a la carne me iba a enfriar todo. A la hora de la cuenta me cobraron 50 centavos por la salsa. Le preguntĂ© al mesero porque cobrarme la salsa si se la pedĂ porque la carne no tenĂa ningĂșn sabor parecĂa que ni siquiera la habĂan adobado, Ă©l me dijo que esas eran las reglas del negocio. Por otro lado, las Ășltimas dos veces que visitĂ© el negocio vĂ que algĂșn empleado o los dueños llevan lo que algunos llaman un "perrihijo". El perro lo meten al lugar donde se hace el cafĂ© y de dĂłnde sacan las bebidas y los vasos con hielo. El perro muy lindo y todos los empleados lo tocan y luego te sirven. Me parece antihigiĂ©nico.

Lo que expresĂ© en mi reseña usted lo confirmĂł todo y ademĂĄs de eso me difama y me falta el respeto, pero bien dice el refrĂĄn "a palabras necias oĂdos sordos". Sin embargo, de buena fĂ© le recomiendo que le cambie el nombre al negocio porque eso de Shaddai que hace alusiĂłn a un Dios bueno y Todopoderoso le queda grande. THE OWNER/MANAGER SEATED TWO COUPLES FROM THEIR CHURCH AND THEIR FOOD WAS SERVED BEFORE EVERYONE. AT THE TIME OF PAYING EVEN TOOK A REASONABLE TIME. I CAN NOT HIDE MY DISCOMFORT/SATISFACTION AND TOLD THE MANAGER. HIS RESPONSE WAS THE TWO PASTORS CALL AND ORDER THE FOOD AND TABLE READY.
