Burger King — Restaurant in Gurley

Great burgers and the chicken sandwich was great!!!

My 9yr old daughter says "Burger King is the only place that gets my order right." So there is a back story to that of course. We've been to sit down restaurants (pricy ones) and other fast food windows, where they don't get the "No cheese, just mayonnaise and ketchup" part of the order. This results in us having to wait 5-10 minutes for them to remake a plain burger. So from a 9 yr old, Well Done BURGER KING you.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was great, glad I tried it. If you are used to a Chicken Place's sandwich and are looking for that this is not your jam. The chicken sandwich batter is thick and crispy, so a good change from the normal. The heat is just right and the wrapping is perfect. I ended up taking off the top of the bun, too much breading.

So on to the loss of stars, we waited at the order sing thing for at least 10 minutes. Only two of the three signs were working (thankfully we kind of knew what we wanted). Then we pulled up to the "pay window" and waited 3-4 minutes to pull up to the "food window." What I'm getting to is the place is short staffed (there were four people working when we went through at 4pm), so have patience with the staff they...

I would like to suggest to certain staff members that leaning on the equipment (if you have time to lean, you have time to clean) while staring down your nose as a guest checks to make sure that their to go order is correct is NOT acceptable behavior from somebody being paid to provide a quality product AND SERVICE to my community. All employees should have the common sense to realize that this particular location is a bit remote so when people are ordering food to go, they probably have more than just a short trip back home with it. We live 10-15 miles away and would not appreciate the waste in time and fuel to have to come back because somebody couldn't correctly fill a fast food order that ONLY HAD A SINGLE REQUEST OF NO ONION, EXTRA PICKLE.

The onion rings were so over salted that they were inedible. I've noticed that over salting is a consistent problem with this location so for those taking these reviews to heart please request your food to be not salted and ask for salt packets instead.

Be proud of that 99 health rating!! Behave every day as if the Health Department will be by to check on you. You're a brand new establishment in our growing community so please don't set a sub par standard from...

The night manager there i gusss name was Angela...was the most rude person ive ever met we told the lady at the window that we wanted a burger with only lettuce tomato and onion no condiments but that....ok of course theres ketchup and mustard my son wont touch it...i go back in and lay the burger down and angela i guess her name is asks me what i want ...like what u want that seems professional i guess thats after i stood there for 5 min before she said anything...i say the burger isnt made right well she kept pointing at screen saying this and that i said mam what would u like me to do i told the lady at window how to make it and its wrong i told her sorry...whole time remaking the burger saying smart stuff under her breath....the cashier even apologized to me for it ....she needs to be fired you could tell she did not want to be there and i did not deserve that treatment...why do restaurants hire...
