Unfortunately, I must express my utmost disgust with the recent experience I had here. While I have consistently enjoyed positive interactions with the staff in the past, a particular encounter has left me deeply unsettled.

Upon entering to pick up my order, I encountered a middle-aged Arab man whose behavior was both discriminatory and inappropriate. Despite my clear order, he made unwarranted modifications to my order based on presumptions about my appearance and religion, not giving me the protein that I literally ordered based on a religious stereotype he assumed of me when I clearly asked for no modification also he didn’t even give us our fountain drinks we paid for till we asked multiple times….

This unwelcome interference, coupled with inappropriate gestures and comments, created a deeply uncomfortable situation but I just ignored him and was minding my business eating.

But the situation escalated, his conduct became increasingly predatory, staring behind me and even whistling at me and signaling that my outfit wasn’t modest enough which immediately prompted a sense of urgency to leave the premises, especially considering I was accompanied by my minor siblings. This experience of prejudice and sexism has not only soured my opinion of fire subs but also raised concerns about the safety of your customers, particularly young girls.

It is imperative for management to address this issue promptly and take disciplinary action against this problematic employee. Such behavior not only tarnishes your reputation but also undermines the integrity of your establishment. Regrettably, I can no longer consider myself a...

I've never had a positive experience at this location. I've given them three opportunities and unfortunately, the sandwiches are always lacking. Also they are always forgetting something. I've come to believe the reason why they have high counters is so you can't see the mistakes they're making. Most recently, I asked for onions and reassured I wanted the pickle slice but guess what, they somehow forgot it even though they literally just asked. Also look at how sparse the sandwich is, this is what you get for $10. My prior visit to this, I made an online order and came 20 minutes later. I literally had to wait another hour for the sandwich because their policy was to serve in person offers first. There were 3 other people waiting like me who started arguing with them because the wait was ridiculous. They somehow dragged out each in person customer to 10 minutes so they could I assume punish us for the online orders. I would hope they fixed this policy since. The only reason why I came here is because this location is conveniently located in a shopping center. Next time, I'll drive the extra distance to go to Jersey Mike's or Subways. This establishment certainly gives firehouse...

This place gets a decent mark, on the sliding scale of franchise sub shops. Way above the strict portion control of Subway, and just edging out Blimpies. But sorry, Jersey Mike's has them beat. In all the other chains, you can see the sub being made. Why there's a high barrier preventing that at Firehouses is beyond me. This location is right next door to a full fledged pizzeria that makes all kinds of sandwiches. I've gone to this Firehouses about a dozen times, and after a confession by a nervous counter girl last year, I'm convinced it's policy to short the customer the pickle slice in the evenings when supply might run low. I just went tonight, ordered two subs with everything, and on purpose did not bring that up. Sure enough, both subs were absent the pickle. You can save the owner's schmoozing reply on here - its a minor but unnecessary trick. Just have more on hand if you keep...

Upon entering I was IMMEDIATELY filled with a deep sense of REGRET. Here I was, finally, standing proudly in the festive foyer of Firehouse Subs, only to realize I had left my bright red fireman hat at home. This day was NOT off to a good start. I approached the counter and was greeted by a nice young man who did NOT look like a fireman, but I wasn’t going to rush to judgement since they basically let any Joe Schmo tackle blazes with all the riots these days. Anyway, I ordered the meatball sub on garlic bread and decided to add pepperoni since I was feeling a little crazy. MAMMA MIA! HIGHLY recommended adding the pepperoni! To anything, really. The garlic bread was toasted to perfection. The meatballs were small enough to where I could bite without dislocating my sensitive jaw. Overall it was one of my top 5 meatball experiences. Highly recommend. This place is a five-alarm fire! In a good way.
