Chris, the store manager, is a text book model of exemplary customer service. His loyalty and service to his customers is nothing short of commendable and admirable. I had an unfortunate experience with a rushing door-dasher, and called the store to gather information before reporting the incident with the dasher. My call was forwarded to Chris, although the fault was not his own or his stores, he offered to have my meal remade, and if he needed to, hand deliver it. After the initial shock of such an extreme gesture of kindness and his beautiful offer, I declined but stated I would happily place a reorder through door dash. After such a pleasant experience on the phone with Chris, I immediately felt better. When I had received my food there were two complimentary desserts! I was so happy. I am a nurse, stuck at work for 16 hours today, and half way through my shift the last thing I wanted was my only meal to be messed up as I was starving. This man went leaps and bounds for the satisfaction of his customer, and ultimately made my day so much better. You really never know what lives you may touch with just alittle bit of kindness! So thank you again, Chris! You’ve made my day so much better and your courtesy and professionalism is admirable...

Wouldn’t serve me with an expired license and the gm response being, “if you can get a ticket for it I’m not serving you” when I proceed to state the claim that yes, though the license is expired (I’ve got a temporary and one is in the mail), it does not exclude the fact that I am 21. To go off of the managers argument, and conversation with my lawyer, there is a reason 18+ licenses say “not 21 until”. On top of that police will use expired licenses as a valid way to find who you are. (Including your birthday) Every license I’ve owned including the new one is not for real id purposes. The GM handled the situation poorly, and ruined a great birthday weekend. I’ve never had issues before, just seems like a guy with a stick where it shouldn’t be. Our server was great😁 had the spinach and artichoke appetizer which was very good. Had the 6 oz sirloin. It was cooked perfect to medium rare . I PROBABABLY should of sent it back to the kitchen because it had a LOT of grizzle that it was not chewable to swallow so I had to spit out into my napkin several pieces of the sirloin. Even though the flavor of the meat was good The,amount of grizzle really took away the pleasure of eating it. My son took me to dinner and I did not want him to feel bad that my steak quality wasn't good so I did not return it . The garlic green beans were good but could of been a little more garlicky. I had the sweet potato side and it tasted good but the consistency was very watery and loose . I am a cooking teacher so I do know what the flavor , texture and quality should be of food.
