This is our last time going here. 1st time want impressive and this 2nd time was even worse!

Walked in, place seemed clean. The gal at the counter didn't make eye contact with me the whole time, just keep messing around with the order screen like she was busy playing a game or something. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and spicy wings. I checked both before leaving. The pizza had no pepperoni and she said it was under the cheese. Got home and the pizza had almost no pepperoni on it. Seemed like a cheep way to cut corners, plus it wasn't hardly cut up and I had to cut the pizza up myself. The wings had a hair in em, gross. The 3 girls in the kitchen weren't wearing their hair up or wearing nets. The food was bland and shameful. Might've been better off getting a frozen pizza from the store, especially for the price of the garbage we...

Never ever ever again!! I ordered GLUTEN FREE for a reason I carry an epi pen with me because I’m allergic !! They fed me regular crust and after a few bites I could tell it wasn’t not gluten free and I asked and NONE of them wanted to take responsibility it and only 3 People were working!! Finally the girl who took our order owned up to it after about 19 mins and I had to run to the store to down liquid benedryl and the I’m still waiting to see if I’ll need to go to the ER or not . Omg! Why why why do incompetent people have to do work in places that obviously know about allergies as they OFFER Gluten Free for a reason! If I end up at the hospital they Will be paying for it except they gave the money back with NO reciept to prove it so they’ve obviously donee this before and know how to...

horrible terrible customer service. the dude that’s always there, which i think is the owner/ manager, is always so mean and terrible. every single time i go here they always mess up my girls order. this last time she ordered a custom sandwich and didn’t say she wanted cheese he didn’t ask anything about cheese like if she wanted any or not. and me man put cheese in it. i politely went up to him and was like hey there’s cheese in this we didn’t ask for cheese and he told us we would have to pay for it again… mr man that was ur fault for bar asking about the cheese. obviously this was just one incident but literally every single time we go they mess up her order and won’t fix it all the way....
