Food is great. Lunch and dinner are my go too. I love that they have a variety of food to choose from and they have menu items. There hasn't been one time that I eat here and I'm not taken by surprised, the is actually really good. I was a disappointed one day when I went in on a Saturday and asked for a pastrami sandwich. Because I'm allergic to ketchup, I asked for only pastrami and mustard. I believe it was my fault, but when the sandwich came out, it literally was bread and 3 bacon sized pieces of pastrami. I was blowned away. But I'm going to take the fault for that because I was being picky. It hurt to pay nearly 12 bucks for that sandwich. That was the only negative but I still go to get lunch and dinner and it's always great. The young girl with the light eyes and the girl with the braces are amazing and have great customer service. The heavy set gentleman, may be he is the owner, he is on top of everything making sure everyone is happy. They're over...
Read moreI would like to start with how DISAPPOINTED my family and I are because of this food experience. We ordered the yellow rice , beef steak and sweet plantain. The taste was awful just like the customer service. The staff was very unprofessional, started to treat customers rudely and didn’t know to to attend one guest at a time! The food has no flavor, undercooked plantains, hard beef steak and the amount for the price is ridiculous! That small order was $12 and everything was cold and unpleasant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Not because your restaurant bane has Don means you an old time cook. Some people just need to let the real cooks in the kitchen. The food is horrible, the staff is horrible, the location is nasty and dirty. Before you open a restaurant make sure you know what you are doing from opening greeting guest to closing cleanliness! People will support you more! You should apologize to the real cooks and ancestors of criollo food...
Read moreIf you are looking for authentic Puerto Rican food and Haines city Davenport, this is not the place. Unfortunately, for me being married to a Puerto Rican and actually being in Puerto Rico, the food is nowhere near that quality. Here in Haines city Davenport we have a lot of ethnic foods to choose from and we were in the area so we figured we would try it. That was the first and last time I’ll ever spend my money at this place and on top of that it was excessively expensive for what I got. I don’t mind paying a high price for high-quality. Unfortunately, we paid an excessively high price for the absolutely worst food I’ve ever had. I took one bite of the Pollo and it went into the garbage. The rice was absolutely overcooked and tasted like nothing and even the yucca, which is very hard to mess up was...
