Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Haines City

This is probably the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. I did a mobile order to “skip the line.” My order was “in the oven” for over 40 minutes. We didn’t get an update again. We went into the little Caesars to see what was taking so long and they said they didn’t have stuff crust. When were they going to notify me that they were short on stuff crusts? We waited for almost an hour for our order that wasn’t complete. We didn’t want to reorder something and wait, so we requested a refund. It took them over 15 minutes to issue a refund because only one person knew how to do it. Long story short. We placed the order at 5:35 pm. Arrived to the establishment at 5:52 pm. Left at 6:30 pm very disappointed and frustrated. Maybe the workers have time to waste but they should learn better customer service and communication. I understand this job can be miserable and overwhelming but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have comment decency...

Simply, THE WORST Little Caesars not just in Polk County but on ALL Central Florida. Dont expect to walk in and walk out with a Hot n Ready deal in less than 5 minutes. They NEVER have CLASSIC pizzas ready so they can push more expensive pizzas already in the warming oven. They just tell you the wait is about 20 mins which is unacceptable.This store gives a bad name to ALL Little Caesars locations. I have given this store countless opportunities to pick it up and make a decent showing caring about the customers. The employees have this poor disponibility to make things right for the customer. Its like they they dont care if they loose their jobs or not. Total lack of motivation and Customer Satisfaction. I rather drive 25 minutes to the Winter Haver location to get my money's worth. For all that is holy....this is about Pizza you are not building space rockets here. GET...

Awful place to order from waited hour and a half for my food to arrive! After placing the order on their app I noticed they use doordash to deliver. I called to ask for an order of missing wings and the rep asked me to go into the store to pick it up, I informed him that I cant go reason why I ordered for delivery! He passed me on to "the manager" she doesnt even have a managers ethic... & clearly asked me to call whoever delivered my order to have them pick it up. I restated it was delivered through doordash and I didnt have their #. Non the less, my daughter comes minutes later to show me a hair inside the crust of her pizza! VERY RUDE REPS AND POOR SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY! THE OWNER SHOULD RETRAIN THEM OR HIRE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! IF HE/SHE CANT DO THIS THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THIS PLACE!
