I had the classic ceviche, and without exaggeration, it was one of the best I’ve ever had—ultra-fresh fish, perfectly balanced citrus, and just the right touch of spice, served with sweet potato and crunchy corn. I also tried the lomo saltado, which was outstanding: tender beef sautéed to perfection with fresh vegetables and that unmistakable wok flavor.

Seafood Asopado: Good flavor overall, but it was a bit salty and greasy, though still tasty.
Tuna Causa: Very good flavor, definitely a highlight.
Pasta a la Huancaína with Shrimp: We ended up just eating the shrimp the pasta had no flavor at all.
Pescado a lo Macho: Decent flavor, but not the best I’ve had. The biggest issue was the rice it wasn’t fully cooked.
