Li Garden of Haines City — Restaurant in Haines City

Their food is very good, but the service provided today by a man who was identified as the manger by another employee was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL today. The 1st 2 times we ordered chicken wings which can whole one time and the other time it was cut up which we preferred, so when I placed the order today I asked for it to please be cut in half and the lady who took my order said ok. When we received the order the wings were cut in half, but out of the 20 pieces we ordered we received 2 only drumstick. I called to let them know and the guy manager stated that this time around they received drummettes instead of whole chicken wings from the vendor. I said ok that's understandable but why did we only receive 2 drumsticks and he stated that they only had a few so they gave us 2. I asked him why was we not informed when we placed the order if you know you do not have the usual he started to have an attitude and laughed at me. I asked for a refund for the wings he laughed again and told me no and I once again explained to him that we should of been informed if you do not have your usual instead of just taking the money and order. He then said "you know what do not touch the food and bring it back for your money and do not ever order from here again". I went to call back for his name, but he went and...

I am reading the reviews what everybody posted. Some positive and some negative but one thing is for sure, Speaking from experience. I have gotten hair in my food as well. So not everybody can be lying on this establishment. And when they say the woman at front is rude.That's also a true story.She feels like she cannot accept constructive criticism.If you're wrong you're just wrong period!!! We are consumers we're paying for a service. And we're not looking to be screwed. When when we pay for that, If you order Fried Rice and want extra shrimp, you're not looking for there only to be 3 shrimp in your order when you pay for extra!!! That's not how it works. I have enjoyed their food in the past. But I don't appreciate having hair in my food and when they mess up on my order. I don't appreciate them blaming me like it's my fault when they messed up and dropped the ball!!! I don't have to spend my money with them or patriot them anymore. But people need to know you have a choice. Don't be bullies to restaurants on any post or list, It's your. Money spending the way you want to it's...

Since moving to Haines City 3 years ago, Li Garden has become my go to for Chinese food. Every meal I’ve ever ordered has been delicious worth every penny. Their pork fried rice tastes so good with the little chunks of pork in it, and their egg rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had. They even got me to change my mind on chicken! Generally I don’t care much for chicken, but their bourbon chicken was so delicious it may become my new favorite meal from their menu! (See attached picture)

My only complaint is their location. The shopping center the restaurant is located in can be very crowded during the busy hours, making it frustrating to find parking. The actual restaurant itself is very cozy with a modest set up of a few tables for dining in. I honestly would love to see them expand to a bigger location one day because they could easily fill a bigger space in my opinion.

Regardless of the size of their location, Li Garden is an easy 5/5 stars from me. Their delicious food will always have me coming...
