Chef King Garden — Restaurant in Haledon

I had a very pleasant experience. Having tasted many a Chinese-style restaurants, I can assure that this one is right above the average. Items were very well prepared, portions were of a good size, and the prices were very much on the average median. It is not a cheap place, nor is it expensive, so I did not expect an amazing culinary experience. I was however, very surprised and satisfied that the food was not greasy or salty, as I have noticed many other places' to be. The Chinese people tend to be very transaction-oriented in their business, so I do not expect the pampering customer service experience of let's say KFC. You order food, you get your food. I did leave one star down, because I do see room for improvement in one particular area: the restaurant itself. This has been my go to spot for the past couple of years and I must say that I have no complaints….
