Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Haledon

This popeyes is by far the worst i been to. I went there through drive through got home recieved wrong food. I recieved shrimp boneless chicken combos and i had ordered boneless chicken combos. We are alergic to seafood didnt eat it. I called spoke to manager. Explained it he says i will replace your order when you come back. Went back 2 days later i ask for manager by name. Told by indian lady at register that he wasn't there. Explained to her the situation then after a while and rudeness she calls manager. She comes back and says where is the food? Im like what im supposed to save food for 2 days and bring it back? She tells me we need proof wow im thinking. Im being accused of being a liar when i had receipt and called and spoke to manager as soon as i saw wrong food at home. She rudely exchanged words with me in front of other customers. I never been humiliated and embarrassed like that. She finally gave in said we only replacing 1 order instead of both that i was told by manager. I tell her ok i will contact corporate she tells me go ahead i wont give you anything. So i told her keep the food i will contact corporate. I left with no resolution its amazing how this popeyes is being run very unprofessional manager and very rude indian lady employee. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone stay away...

I always come here cause is close enough to my house didn’t feel I’m like cooking when I came through the drive through her services was rude very disrespectful cause I ask her for sauce she said no I had to pay $25 cents and that’s fine why didn’t she tell me this before pay this is very ridiculous of Popeyes cause I think if you purchase any meals every meal should come with sauce.. I came here yesterday with my husband to place an order to go, this place- the staff completely unprofessional. The women who placed my order charged me for the wrong combo, I didn’t complain, and brought what I originally wanted. When I get to car I have to go back in because I was missing part of the combo I was first charged for. When I got it- wow: let me tell you what the staff did.

I got a chicken sandwich, they completely SMOTHERED IT in Mayo to be spiteful. We couldn’t tell if someone also spit in it, and we wouldn’t put it past them with the attitudes I got for their mistake and they did nothing to fix it.

When I mean smothered, I mean both sides of the bread held so much Mayo if you were to scrap it off the bread and the chicken all the breading would come off.
