The pollo ala brasa was roasted perfectly, crispy well-seasoned skin, and the interior meat so tender and juicy. They season underneath the skin also, which was delicious as every part of the chicken had amazing flavor. The lomo saltado was also awesome. The fries were especially good. Can't...
