Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haledon

I came here this morning like I do every morning because is convenient and around my way. I ordered for curbside and I waited and waited and no one came so I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I asked for the manager and the girl said he wasn’t available. I can’t call the store because they’re phone is out of service. I explained to them that i ordered for curbside and that is my order sitting there and asked why nobody brought it to me. Her response was “we’re busy” but yet there was only two people when I went inside. You call that busy? No, you’re just lazy and don’t want to do your job! I’m sorry my friend but this happens EVERY TIME I come. And on top of that , my order is always wrong and I just let it go because I don’t have time to turn back around being that I will be late to where I have to get to. I was late today and the last time because of your staffs! The staffs here are so rude and unprofessional. They give you an attitude as if they’re giving you anything for free. God forbid you have a question. I’m sorry my friend but I will not be coming here anymore. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because the manager said there will be a lot of changes but yet nothing has changed at all. I definitely do not recommend this place. Every time I order from here the coffee is very very light it’s almost like it’s water down the other day I went with my mom and I ordered a French vanilla coffee Coolatta And was given a vanilla bean Coolatta instead. When I asked the lady at the register if there was any coffee at all in there because it looked so white there’s no way there is coffee in there the lady said that no there’s just vanilla Bean in it so I said that’s not what I ordered I ordered a French vanilla coffee coolatta. She then proceeded to remake the drink and said she would make a coffee Culotta with a splash of french vanilla I I was like OK like why wasn’t that done before or did they rename things or the staff really doesn’t know any of the drinks. Then somebody who seem to be the manager came to the window after the girl went to go remake the drink and said I couldn’t do that anymore next time they would charge me so I said excuse me she said yeah you can’t do that anymore I said I’m sorry are you my mother what can I do I ordered a drink you made it wrong I’m not allowed to correct it who the hell does this lady think she is. She was so rude and unprofessional she acted like I was trying to get some thing for free I paid for a drink and I just wanted it, overall I will never go back there I guess I’ll keep going to Haledon...

First and last!! The line was long and there are only 2 registers. Once I placed my order and went to pick up one of my coffees was missing however it wasn't charge so no big deal, I paid and my coffee was there. The gentleman handle it right away. However, I can't say the same about the the lady who handles the bagels on 1/20/18 around 11:45am she was rude. Again first time going there of course I will ask questions, however, she wasn't in the mood to answer. When giving me my order she said "3 bagels, 2 plain and 1 cinnamon" I said no I asked for raisin, her words "same thing" left the bag there and turn around. Another customer who was waiting for her order explain to me that it was the same bagel as the name is cinnamon raisin.
