We've given this place four tries, since, for me, being Vegan, it's hard to dine out. My husband gets the buffet, while, because they have only sautéed greenbeans as a vegetarian option on their buffet, I always order number 37 on their (out-dated prices) menu, allegedly crispy tofu with mixed vegetables. They have a Mongolian thing, but no Vegan proteins out to have added to the veg. Literally every time, his buffet quality was different. Sometimes it was fine or even good, other times some mains were cold and tasteless. Sometimes, the trays are mostly gone, while this last time, they were full and fresh (on a Sunday, around 5PM). My food came out differently every time. The first time was best, with the tofu being crispy, and the selection and amount of veg excellent. The second time, the tofu was not crispy, but mushy, but the veg was okay. The third time, the tofu was mushy, not even really cooked, and the mixed veg was off in what they put in it. The fourth time, the tofu was perfectly crispy, and extra ample, but the veg was skimpy and off again. I had maybe four pieces of broccoli, four chunks of zucchini, a few carrot strips, and the rest was sliced water chestnuts, shredded bamboo shoots, and nasty baby corn. The first time, since some places will make them fresh if asked, I asked if they had vegetable egg rolls, and the guy sneered at me, answering, "We have *spring* rolls." No shit, Sherlock. I can read, and am not stupid; I know the difference. I asked again if I could get vegetable egg rolls, as I **wanted** vegetable egg rolls. He was rude, and just repeated himself. He brought me two spring rolls, at egg roll prices, and they were as small as my ring finger. They were almost hollow, and tasted like burnt shit. The first three times, the waitress was a person who could not understand how to take my order. I literally pointed at the menu for her. She had to get someone, and the second and third time, I didn't get my food till my husband was done eating. This last time, the sneering guy was my waiter, and I made sure to order as we were seated. The service is always slow, and the staff is never friendly. If you are desperate, this place would do, but don't get your hopes up.

Not very often do I ever give one star reviews, however the staff is extremely inattentive we sat around forever before they finally came to take our order, when we got our food they spent the next 20 mins running around and ignoring us, the soup was absolutely terrible, it was won ton soup, it just tasted very watered down and had zero flavor, I could have said something but they literally never came back to our table. I ate the crab Rangoon and sushi I got which was delicious, and waited around for a hostess to drop back by. But it never happened. Ended up just walking up to the register and telling them I was ready to go, I never got a check or ticket or anything. Had someone checked on my even once I’d consider going back because the sushi and crab Rangoon was amazing, but like I said they dropped off the food and that was the last I saw if anyone until I had to physically walk up and tell them I was ready to go

I usually go into detail about the restaurant or company that I review on here, but I don't want to waste your time or mine so I will make this quick. Food: Horrible, Rancid and just plain nasty. Tasted like week old reheated chinese food that you found in the back of your refrigerator. Service: Horrible. As soon as we walked in we were yelled at that it was now dinner not lunch. I felt like saying did I ask you to inform me of the time??? We never saw the waitress except to give her our drink order, never again for refills or anything. Atmosphere: Filthy, smelled like wet dog, bathroom was disgusting and there was no air conditioning so we roasted in there. I wouldn't suggest this place to my own worst enemy, because it would be cruel and unusual punishment!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

So I wanted to go on a little dinner date with my boyfriend, and he had never been to the China Wok Buffet so I decided to take him there. It was a Friday night, and we got in there an hour before closing. We were the only ones there, and we felt bad for showing up so late, so we asked the host if he was fine with us eating there, and he sorta just nodded. So we were sat down and a really nice lady got us our drinks; she confused my unsweet tea with a diet coke and switched out the drink relatively quickly. However, the part that really got me was when I sat down to start eatinng with him all the workers in the restaurant started speaking very loudly back and forth in their native tongue. They would literally be right behind me and yelling across the room towards one another, and it made it very difficult to speak to him seeing as though we couldn’t hear each other. We finished up our meal within 15 minutes and asked for the check; our server was sorta shocked and worried as to why we were leaving so quickly; we were surrounded by well over ten people, and the last thing I wanted to do is comment on the service seeing as though they kept yelling and looking in our direction as well as saying stuff in a rather taunting tone. I use to go to this place very frequently during the day time because service was usually really good and their yelling would be drowned out by the sound of people. However, tonight was so awful that I doubt I’ll ever go back there. It essentially ruined my night, and the thought if them distracted me through the entire movie we...

So a friend and I have been going here for a couple of years. We mainly go for the amazing coconut shrimp, which you can only get at DINNER time. The last time we went in about 2 weeks ago we arrived about 10 minutes before dinner...we were treated horribly by the waitress and the person that seated us. We got a bowl of soup and a couple of small appetizer type items while waiting for them to switch over to dinner. Immediately as I approached the buffet for some of that yummy coconut shrimp, I was yelled at buy both of these employees!!! They literally came to me and screamed in my face the this was for dinner buffet only!!! I said that is why we are here. And then we were stared and gauked at the entire time we were there. Then they brought our ticket to our table and guess what.... They only charged us for lunch, which we were going to bring to their attention as we were checking out.... BUT THEY REALIZED THEIR MISTAKE AND CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE AND JERKED THE TICKET FROM MY HANDICAP FRIENDS HAND. THEY THEN BROUGHT IT BACK WITH THE CORRECTION. CAN YOU SAY RUDE!!!!...
