Normally free should taste pretty good, but this pizza overall just left a bad taste in my mouth. My family and I just moved here and received a welcome envelope filled with gift certificates. One of them happened to be for this specific Jets location for a free large pizza with one topping Detroit style. I called up there and placed an order for pickup at 5:11pm. I politely explained to the employee on the phone that you will not find my information in your system because we just moved here. She couldnât hear me because her coworkers were acting obnoxious and being quite loud in the background instead of working hard to fulfill orders. I kept my cool and kindly repeated myself three times so she would put the order in correctly. She asked for the name and I not only told her, but I spelled it out for her because most people donât know how to spell it. I was told 20-25 minutes and the pizza would be ready. Fast forward to picking up the food and it was a disaster. I walk in to a bunch of teenagers standing around chitchatting instead of taking care of business. I had to wait almost five minutes before an employee wandered over to the front counter and acted as if I was interrupting her precious time. I tell her that I am here to pickup my order. Sheâs asks me for my phone number and it doesnât work. I tried to explain the situation that I wouldnât be in the system because we have never ordered from here before. I am met with an attitude and a rude line of questioning of whatâs the name? I politely give her the name and she proceeded to tell me itâs not under that. Well, what name is it under then? The name it was under was âCineenâ. Who is that? My last name starts with the letter T. How could you screw up a name that I spelled out loud for you earlier when I originally ordered? After another few minutes, this employee finally located my order and acted as if I caused this entire ordeal. Based on how everything panned out along with the terrible customer service, I will not waste my money or my time in the future on this franchise...

The order was remade but waiting an additional 25 minutes was not fun, but it was corrected. This last visit we ordered an 8 square pizza and a side of wings. When we arrived at the store to pick up the pizza it was ready but the wings were not. I was told the wings would be remade. The wings were remade twice second order was given to another customer. Finally able to head home and eat. The pizza was as though it had set out all night and wings were under cooked. This store is the only store near where we live. It still is 20 minutes away so taking it back to correct the error was not an option at the time not to mention there was no guarantee I wouldn't have more problems. $32.00 down the drain. I might also add the "F" bombs were frequent from the staff and the store...

When we called the establishment to check on our status the first employee hung up the moment i started asking about our pizza and then the next employee was just unprofessional in the way he spoke. The driver showed up with our food not in a warmer bag and was very unprofessional. Our food was barely warm and looked as if it had been sitting for a long time based on how the cheese looked. Our food was extremely greasy and did not have the butter garlic crust we ordered. It tasted absolutely disgusting and had barely any sauce on the pizza. This is not the first time weâve had issues with this specific location. We will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. Do not recommend...
